Would have been more convenient if shuttle bus ran later at night or they had a contract with a cab service for a reduce rate. |

I was looking for a fairly priced hotel in Diegem, near the industries and walking distance from the train station. Express By Holiday fits this category The walls are quite thin. As it is an airport hotel, you can expect people to come in and out at all times of the day (and night), and it may be disruptive for light sleepers. |

Conveniently located for business and airport. Hidden cost - paid parking. 15 Euro for one night? |

The location was good The older man in the reception was very unfriendly, for example shut off the TV while we were watching it in lobby bar... without any comments, just switch it off. Secondly, the room given to me was already booked, the other guest was in the shower when I stepped into the room.. Thirdly, lot of waiting in the reception, only one person taking care of customers. My last visit at the hotel, I´m sorry. |

The breakfast spread was quite good -- the tv choices were good, although the tv only worked at night, good a/c The shower leaked onto the floor, dead overhead lightbulb in bathroom, error in booking room (which they corrected), general shoddy feel |

Rather expensive for what you get, just a basic room with nothing nearby except the airport. The bed was very uncomfortable. The etap just down the street is just as comfortable, a little bit smaller room and much less expensive. The 15 euro parking fee is way too expensive. Guest parking in this location should be free. |

I liked that the rooms were very spacious. I also liked that the rooms were connected; that way I was able to have my whole family in the same area. We did not get picked up by the hotel shuttle, as agreed. The shuttle was not at the airport when we landed at 10:45pm. The shuttle supposedly runs until 11:00pm. Anyways, I called the hotel and they said they would send a taxi and the taxi never arrived. After 2 hours of waiting, I had no choice but to hire a taxi and pay 20 euros to be taken to the hotel. I asked the staff to see how they could reimburse me but to no avail. |

comfortable beds, near the airport and the free shuttle bus! Quite small room, simple breakfast, really far from the city center, boring locality (nothing near the hotel - just offices) |

The price, because of the holiday, was great. The convenience of the location was the second consideration. It was recommended we eat at the restaurant at the adjoining Holiday Inn which was good. No one at the desk to greet us and the telephone rang about 50 times before the lady came out and answered the phone, first and talked to us standing in front of the desk, second. I thought charging 12 Euros for a car to be parked in you area overnight should be gratis. |

the breakfast buffet opens very early which is great if you need to catch a flight in the morning. Also the free shuttle service is fast and convienent. To me, this is a very cost-efficient hotel close to the airport. |

Little to commend it I'm afraid. Inadequate check-in and bar service - One single overworked young lady - very good humoured under the circumctances. Extremely overpriced. |
