Super fast checkin (~1min only signed already filled form). Free shuttle bus every 30mins. Very convenient location. Some reviewers wrote about some problems with the access cards. I saw that the system is similar with another located in London where the issue was that I kept my cart together with Oyster so my recommendation is to keep it separate from any magnetic cards. |

Room is pretty clean, breakfast is plentiful and included in the price automatically. The shuttle service needs serious improvement; the hours for it need to be listed on the website, and the hotel should warn people that they only have room to reserve for 6 people on each time slot. If you have to get a taxi, they tell you it is 15-20 euros (fortunately I did not). |

the included breakfast started at 6 am even at Sunday. And the shuttle bus service.The distance to the airport. The beds were very uncomfortable. So much that we could not sleep all night. The matresses were cheap & hard and we could feel the springs coming through. This is the only reason why we will not return to this hotel. |

The price, the morning staff, the breakfast, close to the airport, the shuttle. I was traveling with a male collegue and was given a room with a large bed. Getting the night manager to change it took two tries. I think the listing was for one room for two people. I think it should have been a room with two beds. What would I say to questions about my stay when I am traveling with a collegue? |

Very convenient shuttle bus from/to Brussels Airport. Bus and train stops for Brussels downtown close to the hotel (5-10 minutes to walk). It would be helpful to be provided with a time-table for the downtown bus/train and a map of the vicinity of the hotel showing the stops. Perhaps a piece of paper at a bulletin board at the hotel reception. |

The rooms are tiny, like pod rooms. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. Breakfast buffet was very average. Ther is no restarant in the hotel. |

efficiency of check-in, decent breakfast this is a problem with Brussels airport, but upon arrival it is not at all clear where one goes for the hotel shuttles. The hotels should lobby for clearer signage. Also it is ridiculous that this economy hotel still costs 120 euros. outrageous. I will try to organize travel so i do not have to spend any nights in brussels in the future. |
