Good sized and comfortable room for a family of four at a very good and affordable price including buffet breakfast. Sofa bed for children required an extra blanket for warmth. |

Very clean and good sized rooms. Bathroom nice also, with good shower. Beds excellent. Buffet brekfast good. Bus service from near hotel to town was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Did not use the dinning room or bar but prices seemed high When booking the website site said it was convenient to Flanders Expo and this was not the case if you did not have a car. Bus service to town was good, about every 30mins but you then had to change an go by tram. This worked well when you got used to it but it was not convenient as written. |

Clean rooms Distance from city center and the fact that we were asked to pay upon arrival as per policy (which was fine with us) but while checking out we noticed other guest's were paying while checking out. Really flexible policy right there... |

Very convenient for the motorway system, but the price quoted was increased by at least a quarter when the car park & tax charges are added (unexpectedly!) |

Last time driving through Gent I stayed at the Holiday Inn (not Express). This time I picked the Express and sent the night wishing I had not. The price was good and the old saying is true - you get what you pay for. If you can afford better don't stay here. The staff were most unhelpful and the breakfast terrible. |

Good room, with good buffet breakfest. Close to auto way. We had a problem asking for a glass of water at 6 am in reception. I know 6-30 is starting time but its customers who pay the wages. One of our party got really upset with attitude of an individual |

We asked for non-smoking room for 3, but they offerd a smoking room. After lots of talking, we had to take a much smaller room with a poor bed instead! uncomfortable bed! |

This hotel was fine, rooms clean and beds comfy. Staff helpful Calling this a Gent hotel is pushing it - it is an industrial site about 20mins bus ride from the train station. Taxis are cheap though so not an insurmountable problem. |

The hotel was conveniently located off the motorway, is modern and clean. The staff were very accommodating on arrival. The food in the hotel both breakfast and evening meal was of a very good standard. |

The location for me right next to the main motorway but also not too far from town The check out on the sunday they had what appeard to be a new person who did not know what he was doing and quite a lot of people waiting, more people on check out would have been better. |

The room was very big and very clean; excellent to be able to watch BBC1 as well! Breakfast was good, but only continental breakfast of course! The design of the room was such that you had no enclosed wardrobes - its all open. But other than that, very good. Also, quite far out from Gent. St Pieters Station is a 20 minute walk away, but that does include crossing over a busy motorway on a flyover with no pavement! Much better if you have a car. |

Staff are polite, hotel is clean, rooms are well equipped, WIFI connnection included breakfast below average in comparison to the rest of the facilities on offer and parking is an additional cost (8 euros) although the website makes no mention of a charge! It would have been cheaper to simply book a hotel closer to the centre. |
