The main thing I want from any hotel is a decent bed and a good night's sleep. This failed on both counts - the beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. The walls were so thin as to hear everything from several rooms down the corridor. Won't be using this one again.

Great staff. Very friendly and professional. Price was reasonable and room was nice. Great lunch pack to take away in the morning. No milk in room to make tea. Only one large towel in bathroom. No free television channels. Extra charge for parking.

Everything is new- room was spacious and great for a day´s work. Don´t be fooled by the fairly ugle exterior, inside is all newly renovated. Bar was nice for light dinner, although could be a bit cozier. No fitness center. Located 5km from Ghent city in an industrial area. Was perfect for me as a business traveler.

I would like to congratulate trainee Jean-Charles and Bart for their very good behavior. Thanks, Ravi I was very annoyed with Guest Receptionist, "helen" who worked on 19th Dec (evening). I had a genuine problem of Internet Connection (Wi-Fi) and she said, she cant help me !!! Thats so embarassing. Moreover, upon insisting, she said, I can complain to gm of the Hotel.. With such behavior of staff, I shall NEVER Come back to your Hotel. Thanks, Ravi

As a lone traveller, I always feel comfortable at hi Gent; the bar is welcoming and not too big and the range pf snacks is very good for people who don't want to eat in the restaurant. I have stayed at this hotel several times and am very happy to continue to do so in the future.

Although several miles from centre of Gent it was simple to travel into by bus/tram. Hotel was very relaxing with good facilities and a restaurant which was both friendly and good value. Room was very comfortable. The directions given on your web site for finding the hotel by road was a little confusing.

Spacious rooms, cheap dinner options, value for mony The bathroom looked fine, equipment, clean etc - However the towel had a horrible smell, the common "being washed with a too low temperature" but this time to the extreme, that when touching them the smell would be on your hands several hours later - a real shame (due to wrong "savings" I guess)

The personal and the hotel as well as the service was of a high standard. The location was perfect as it only took a couple of minutes and then you were on the Autobahn which was a conveniance for myself who was tavelling on further. I could not say anything negitive to the whole set up.

Staff at the front desk was friendly. I thought the breakfast was very disappointing. It was poorly presented, the breakfast room was very crowded & and the selection terrible! Considering the price we had to Pay - to was a busy weekend in gent - charges for internet and parking seemed to high! Location next to the motorway in a industrial part of town only recommendable for business guests!
