Room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very knowledgeable about Bruges & surrounding area. Room got very hot during the night but could not open the windows because of noise from the street. The road is cobbles so very noisy. |

The hotel is in a quiet but convenient postion in Bruges. Very well run establishment. Tea/coffee making facilites in room would be helpful. |

Excellent friendly staff, couldn't be more helpful. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms. Free wireless connection. Suited us in our 30s and my parents in their 60s. Nice quiet location, but only 7-8 mins walk from the main square. Value for money for Bruges at this time of year. The walls and ceilings are little bit thin so you can hear people above you when they're moving around, and next to you if they are talking a bit loudly. But it wouldn't stop me staying there again. |

The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, dining room and lounge. The staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit of a walk to the town centre but not too long. |

Quietly situated but convenient to historic centre (about ten minute walk). Paul, the owner, is extremely helpful and will suggest places of interest to visit as well as good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Rooms are on the small side but beautifully clean. |

Good value in the historic core of the city. Parking included in the price if booked in advance The hotel's recommendation for a restaurant round the corner was unfortunate. The Flemish stew was devoid of any taste. |

friendly, efficient and helpful reception. Very clean rooms. Very Good location for central Bruges - only 10 mins walk. Car Parking available. Overall good value for money for a small, city centre, hotel. |

Great location. Walked from hotel all over town. Wonderful staff, very kind. Nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. Pleasant breakfast. |

The hotel is beautiful. It is clean, beds are comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, very helpful host. Brugges is spectacular. Wish we had booked for longer. |

This is a family run hotel, and it shows. They are extremely helpfull and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay in Bruge so wonderfull. |

Hôtel très bien situé, à 5 mn à pied du Beffroi, dans un quartier très calme au stationnement aisé. L'accueil est de grande qualité, un personnel charmant et de très bon conseil pour visiter Bruges. Les chambres sont calmes et fonctionnelles, le petit déjeuner très copieux. |
