Prijs t.o.v. comfort/luxe was minder dan verwacht

Kamer en badkamer was heel schoon en netjes. De beheerder is super service-gericht. Ontbijt is lekker en je wordt bediend met een eigen mandje brood incl. warme toast, koffie, thee en naar wens een gekookt eitje. Goede box-spring-bedden. De mogelijkheid van een parkeerbox is top. Lift is handig met bagage en na een dag sjouwen. Locatie is geweldig. Rustig hotel, geen hinderlijke geluiden. Wij hebben het heel goed gehad!

Enig puntje is dat de aankleding van het hotel en van de kamer wat saai is.

De private parking was zeer positief en het ontbijt was in orde. Het hotel had ook een goede locatie: rustig gelegen, maar toch dicht bij het centrum.

Vriendelijke hoteleigenaar, goed bereikbaar en centraal gelegen in de stad.

Enigszins gehorig, maar niet storend.

Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gezellige knusse sfeer. Het ligt maar op een kleine loopafstand van de mooie bezienswaardigheden van Brugge. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!

Great location: walking distance from market and other sites, Courteous Staff, nice breakfast selection, cleanliness, parking was not an issue, free mineral water refills at reception was a nice touch

one inconvenience was that when me and other girlfriend wanted to take a bath, we realized it was not possible as drain stopper had been modified to not work properly (maybe they had some past issues with guests overflowing the tub?)

The owner could not have been more helpful in sorting out our travel due to the Belgian train crash. Friendly without being pushy. Rooms were comfortable and when there was a smell in our room we were given a different one. I woul;d recommend this hotel

Very friendly owners, who were most kind when I was unwell. It had all you could want from a small family run hotel. The directions provided were excellent. The Breakfasts were most adequate with fresh meats cheese and egg each day.

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room or be able to use a kettle, this was expressly forbidden. I understand the reasons why, as the rooms are small, and they want to keep them clean, however it was the one thing that we would have wanted.

relaxing, helpful, friendly, good breakfast, comfortable and easy to get to city centre. I was impressed with the simple things i.e when you had a shower part of the mirror didn't mist up!!

hair dryer took a long time to dry my hair but a minor point!

The location was excellent, easy access to the city centre on foot, lovely surroundings and shops. Very helpful staff and a comfortable bed.

It was a nice, comfy, clean hotel within easy walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Please write a Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were quite decent. Services were reliable and the atmosphere felt snug and secure. Everything matched my expectations.

Practical snags like access and roomsize were fully anticipated in advance and so can't be regarded as a dissatisfaction. However, the mattresses were far too soft for me personally.
