Hotel Figaro is a small beach hotel situated in the middle of Knokke-Heist. The beach is only 260 ft away. The hotel rooms are bright and have a private bathroom with a bathtub. An extensive breakfast buffet is served in the morning with bread rolls, croissants and fresh fruit. Figaro is surrounded by stores and cozy restaurants. The shopping area at Lippenslaan is 1300 ft away by foot. Knokke Casino is less than 6 miles away. There is a coastal tram providing service between Knokke and other seaside cities such as Duinbergen and Blankenberge. Location. Pretty close to everything! Nice rooms and beautiful lobby. Breakfast included, very diverse and well done... 5 eur for WiFi. Very old shower head. Sound isolation from hall way and street. Alarm clocks could be renewed as well...

The staff were helpful with local advice, including the fiddly parking rules prevailing (see below). It is quiet, and the buffet breakfast was better than average for this class of hotel. I didn't dislike anything about the hotel itself. However, Knokke-Heist is a mess to drive around and park. The rules for on-street parking are complicated and are different between the weekend and working days. Signs only in Flemish don't help. The roads along that entire coast are fiddly, with many diversions and roadworks badly signed. Belgian drivers are no better than French or other Latins, so one has to be ever alert to anticipate their next inept move in conditions they don't understand any better than you do. Hence, if you can, go there via means other than driving.

Wij zijn geen moeilijke mensen wij vonden alles goed heel proper ontbijt goed alles ok. Wij zouden daar terug gaan en super goed de ondergrondse parking tegenover de hotel voor heel weinig geld voor bijna twee dagen en nacht ....gr.. Mischien bij het ontbijt wa meer broodjes of een eike of zo maar waar schijnlijk als je het vraagt krijgt je het zonder probleem .....

Het hotel is verzorgd en bevindt zich vlakbij een parkeergarage, winkels en het strand. De kamers zijn geschikt voor enkele overnachtingen. Het is erg handig dat de sleutel van de kamer ook kan dienen als sleutel van de ingang van het hotel. Het hotelpersoneel had een te afstandelijke houding. Je krijgt niet het gevoel van welkom te zijn en er is geen betrokkenheid naar de beleving van de gasten. Enkel glazen op de kamer zou wenselijk zijn.

la situation Le lit était abominable ! Trop petit, défoncé. quant à l'oreiller, inqualifiable même pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Arrivés trop tard au petit déjeuner à cause du changement horaire; on ne nous a même pas proposé une tasse de café; nous n'y retournerons plus.

L'accueil des gérants est toujours à la hauteur de nos espérances et en plus...toujours de gentilles attentions envers les clients. La tv est située dans un coin de la chambre et non en face du lit....ce qui permettrait d'avoir facilement un torticoli....

L'accueil aimable et la netteté des lieux, très bonne literie. Excellent petit déj. ! Dommage qu'il faille payer pour l'accès au wi-fi... Nous sommes en 2012 et la Belgique reste toujours un des pays les plus chers en matière de communications

l'hôtel est situé à 3 minutes à pied de la promenade du bord de mer et l'accueil agréable et professionnel. Le prix 130€ pour 2 personnes avec PDJ pour une nuit. la vue des chambres donnant sur l'arrière. Attention pas de parking dans l'hôtel mais on peut garer devant à condition de payer toutes les heures ou on peut mettre la voiture au parking qui est situé juste devant.

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen. Zimmer und Bad waren super sauber. Es gab einen Störfaktor, D.H., dass das Hotel nur einen deutschen tv- Sender hatte. Wenn man abends noch etwas fernsehen möchte, ist das zu wenig. Ferner hatten wir eine Garage gebucht, welche uns mit 25,-- Euro pro übernachtung sehr teuer erschien.

De directie, man en zijn vrouw, zij enorm gastvrij, vriendelijk, klantgericht. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en als men wat extra's wil kan dit. Er zijn garages bij, de eigenaar begeleidt de eerste keer de gasten naar de garage en geeft uitleg hoe alles werkt. Het hotel ligt in het centrum en vlak bij de zee(ca 80m). Het ziet er schoon en fris uit, het restaurant (alleen voor ontbijt) is erg knus. En men wordt zeer vriendelijk bediend. Ons bezoek is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Geweldig aardige ontvangst. Gezellig hotel. Een heel goed ontbijt . Goede bedden en een goede badkamer!!! Parkeren aan de overzijde in bewaakte garage (wel duur) Televisie aan het plafond zonder teletekst (kan echt niet in 2011) Durfde geen notebook mee te nemen omdat er geen kluis op de kamer is.( kan echt niet in 2011) Geen airco dus raam open en veel verkeerslawaai. Nochthans komen wij hier wel terug want al met al genoten!!!

Ik had een 3persoons kamer gereserveerd , dan verwacht je ook een 3persoonskamer en niet een tweepersoonskamer met een extra bed. Erg kleine kamer dus. In de badkamer zat geen afzuiging, zodat het een sauna werd. Verder was het ontbijt heel karig; het beleg werd mondjesmaat aangevuld. Kortom niet gastvrij.

Klein, aber fein! Zimmer nicht besonders groß, boten aber alles, was man braucht. Geräumiges Bad, sehr praktisch mit großer Ablage. Zimmer nach hinten hinaus absolut ruhig. Lage perfekt. Hotel liegt auf einer exklusiven Einkaufsstraße, man ist trotzdem nach ein paar Schritten am Strand. Hoteleigene Garage ein paar Meter entfernt. Einfach perfektes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück war auch sehr in Ordnung. Gäste, die viel Platz im Zimmer benötigen, solten sich lieber ein anderes Hotel suchen, das allerdings in der Lage wesentlich teurer ausdfallen würde. Keine Minibar.
