Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet og vandsjov i den lille pool. God stemning på hotellet med hjælpsomt personale. Nem (betalende) parkering lige bag hotellet, få hundrede meter ind til historisk centrum. Vi kommer gerne igen! Trådløs wifi virkede ikke på vores værelse, var for langt væk fra receptionen... |

Very good helpful staff, good location for the centre, 5 mins walk. Breakfast not till 8 but they arranged something for 7 for me to have early checkout. No internet in room, available in bar and lobby. |

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Very comfortable, friendly and good location for sightseeing Bruges. Decided to stay in Superior Plus Double Room. Room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. However Toilet was in seperate partition to bathroom whch is good, but as no handwashing facility provided, was very disappointing, when it could easily have been accommodated and especially so in a 'luxury room'.. Other than this no complaints. |

The room was enormous (it was for three people), the staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the bar was cosy and a nice place to relax. I think it's already been said but there is an unpleasant smell of drains near the reception desk. Also, there is no wi-fi in the rooms - you have to go to the bar to log on. |

Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bar had a good atmosphere and service was excellent. The hotel was very well placed for access to sites of interest and restaurants. Parking was useful. |

The location was excellent and the staff friendly. Having coffee facilities in the room was also a bonus and breakfast was good. The hotel didn't seem at 4 star level in the rooms - a tiny TV which played only 50% of the advertised channels seemed very old. Room 201 also had a window that did not shut completely at the top, leaving a cold draught 1m from the bed . We weren't in the room much, so these were not major problems, but at 109 EUR a night we expected better. |

The bar was very nice at happy hour, good atmosphere/music and good drinks. Room was very comfortable and nice bathroom/toilet en suite. Good buffet breakfast and replenished also close to the end of the breakfast time. Just very slightly too dark in the room with the lights on (design lighting) to see in the content of the suitcase |

The receptionists had been very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were abundant and the coffee and tea making facility a definite plus. Location was a bit off the centre but this was known at the booking. One thing I can complain is that when I booked the hotel, I sent an email asking for transport info to the hotel from the train station. They replied with 2 web links of bus services, which however were in Flemish (not even French), which gave me a hard time looking up my connection to the hotel. |

Front desk staff were friendliest i've encoutered yet. I was very impressed. We had a superior double room which was a bit grander than a standard double and it was lovely. Breakfast was the same as you'd get anywhere else- nothing that stood out but nothing at all to complain about. Nice bar area and indoor pool. Would recommend. Was close to the centre of the city, ie: the main square however, there were many many more closer. There was a lot of construction going on somewhere outside our room window which woke us at 7am each morning which wasn't great- however, you couldn't judge the hotel by that. It was just unfortunate timing. |
