Staff were very friendly and helpful, from sorting out trains to recommending great places to eat. Everything was very clean and rooms warm, spacious yet cosy for cold spring weather. Breakfast was fabulous.

Great location for visiting Bruges with all of the main attractions in easy walking distance. Easy to find and the hotel has parking which is great, be sure and book a spot. Great bar called the Barazar, perfect for a relaxing drink after a day exploring Bruges. The breakfast is good too. The hotel is 4 star and some small details such as plastic glasses in the bathroom let it down.

The location of the hotel is good, about 7-8 minutes to Burg and Grote Markts. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good and rich. I recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Brugges.
