The check-in process was quick & efficient. The staff were excellent and friendly and they had allocated us a suitable wheelchair accessible room as requested. |

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, I would stay there again tomorrow. The coffee serverd with breakfast is the best ever coffee I have been served in a hotel, what is the brand please!. The room was excellent, the staff, the surroundings, the breakfast choice, everything. Why can't all hotels be like the Flanders? Overall score 110/100. Nothing at all. Maybe though the hotel should consider evening meals as eating out in Brugge is very, very expensive. |

Location: At the rim of the city centre where it's quiter but still only a few minutes away from the squares. A good breakfast included. Bed was a bit small and had it had a rubber cover on the matress. The fact that you had leave at 11am sharpish and later check out would have been charged by the hour |

Nice room - clean and tidy with flat screen tv. Great lively bar and location was very good for seeing Bruges Parking is a watchout - we were told on arival that because we had not reserved the parking then we needed to use the multipstory (about half a mile away) btw the cost for parking at the hotel was about twice the multistory. Leisure didn't look too great although I didn't use it. |

The Flanders Hotel was perfect for our weekend away. We stayed in room 152, which overlooked the courtyard and was decorated with style and very comfortable - ask for this room when you check in! The staff were polite, friendly and happy to answer any questions you had. The barman Michael was a laugh, knowlegdable and would recommend places for you to eat/go out etc. Brilliant hotel, lovely staff and gorgeous room - would definitely return here! |

We stayed in one of the 'Superior Plus' rooms, and were very impressed by the Interior Design, very Chic for a fair price! With the Cobblestones in Brugges, if you get a room on the busy road that runs infront of the Hotel, then you can expect to be woken early by traffic. Another important consideration is parking. If you arrive by car, if you want to park behind the Hotel, they have limited space. So you must reserve this in advance. However its expensive for outdoor parking at €14 per day - whereas the Underground car park a couple of minutes away charges €8.50 for 24hours. I found this Hotel because it had parking and chose it because it had parking. But when I arrived they couldn't offer me a space. Next time knowing that the Indoor Public Car Park is cheaper and just as secure, I would also look at Hotels that don't offer Parking : D |

Very friendly staff with a desire to help Unfortunately on two of our three nights we were disturbed by drunken people returning to their rooms. Sadly they were British. They had been drinking all day in the hotel bar so the hotel contributed to their anti social behaviour and noise. |

Staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly. Could not have made more effort for us. Room was ready when we arrived at 10.30am and bags were willingly looked after when we checked out for the whole day following checkout. Witty and helpful gentlemen on reception. Breakfast was great. Small pool to have a dip in which was adequate. A great stay in a great location. |

The rooms were nice and the staff was very firendly. In addition the breakfast was good. There was a bad smell in the loby, like garbage. Also, I didn't like the way the shower worked. |

Very lovely place, hotel was lovely, I upgraded to the superior + room... It was well worth it. Even got the hotel to put a bouqut of roses and a bottle of champange in the room on my arrival for me and my girl friend. Overall very happy. In my particular room (152) there seemed to be no air con, or cold forced air, and the room did get very hot at times. |
