Great hotel! Large room with everything you need, as well as large bathroom (would go as far as to say huge--compared to most European standards). Best Breakfast!! Been traveling for a few weeks through europe and hands down beats all other seven hotels stayed out this trip! It is worth the money!! Location is great, only a five minute walk to the center of the town. If ever go back to brugge will be staying here for sure!!! |

The staff were very helpful and efficient, the location is excellent for exploring Bruges as all the major sights are within walking distance and the hotel was comfortable and offered an excellent choice of breakfast. The room was a little on the dark side, a few more lamps or stronger light bulbs would be a good idea. |

Very convenient for the centre of Brugges. Was able to park the car behind the hotel. Happy hour in the bar was good after a day sightseeing.. |

Staff very helpful. Smoking in bar should not be allowed. Pool needs very good clean. Rooms comfortable but small and larger rooms have been had in other places in same price range,Parking expensive and access from hotel with baggage difficult. |

the hotel is located close to the city centre and has a parking area in the backyard. The bathroom was not absolutely clean (the shower head was completely fossilised) and the shampoo was so old that it began to unmix in the bottle... |

We loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was very accommodating. They gave us a lot of information about getting around the city, and even where to find the best beer and mussels! We got upgraded to a suite, and it had a fireplace and a bathtub and the most comfortable bed ever! I felt like a princess.:) The staff and service are absolutely amazing. Will make sure to come back to this hotel soon! |

We were very pleased with the personalised service, the friendliness of all the staff, and their helpfulness in making our stay so enjoyable. The service is discreet, and they treat each person as an individual in their own right. Excellent! |

Relaxed atmosphere, excellent accomodating and friendly staff, good choice of quality food at breakfast. Overall cleanliness within the hotel and its central location. Bar prices were a little excessive and the choice of background music was too loud and not to everyones taste. |

The staff were very helpful and informative; top class. The hotel is close to the centre of Bruges with on-site parking. The breakfast was good too. The stink of the drains in the lobby at certain times (although I appreciate that this may be outside the control of the hoteliers) |

Friendly staff and good breakfasts to start the day. The location was very handy to the center of town The room was very warm when sleeping in the evening and we were bitten by mosquito's. The kids were looking forward to the swimming pool but it was out of action. |

The service was very friendly and staff extremely helpful. Steps in restaurant were not suitable for older guests carrying items from buffet bar. Stairs and hallways are in need of renovation. Mini bar in rooms would have been preferred. |

I booked the Flanders Hotel with no prior experience or other visitor comments or recommendations. I made my own assessment of the type of hotel I was expecting and I really was pleasantly surprised how friendly and accomodating the staff were on every occasion. I will definitely stay there again in future and recommend it to my friends. |
