This hotel had everything I wanted, a spacious room in a lovely location. The bed was very comfortable and the area quiet in the evening. It's location was only a couple of minutes walk from everything and the bar, lounge and garden area were relaxing. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to friends.
The hotel was very comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Comfortable bar area. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect trip, looking forward to coming to stay again soon.
Our room had no air conditioning so was too hot at night to sleep comfortably. Check-out was slow as everyone was trying to do it at the same time to get checked out by 11am!
Couldn't get coffee in the morning without going through the restaurant staff.
Large bathroom very clean comfortable bed lovely varied breakfast super location quiet at back of hotel free private parking
it was clean and there was a friendly staff
the bed was not comfortable. the room was not as big as I expected.
Clean and friedly
Expensive, extra charge for the parking, longer walk to the center.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, within 10 minutes walk to all major sightseeing spots
wifi kept crushing~ can't connect to the internet the whole evening.
Friendly staff Location Modern bedrooms Well priced breakfast & bar Swimming pool
The location, the staff.
Good hotel for the traveller and holiday maker alike. A short walk to the city centre and a good selection of restaurants. Highly recommended.
The staff, the atmosphere, the location, the city, the breakfast, the bar.
That we could not work out the heating system!!
This is a well located hotel easy to find when arriving and only few minutes walk to the centre. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast plentiful. Parking was easy and we had no trouble booking a space even though the hotel was full. We did not use the pool so cannot comment. We would definitely return.
The only negative being the bar it could have been pleasant to sit in but the aircon was way to cold and the 1970's music drove us out after one drink.
Room not very well lit.
The location, facilities, quality and friendly staff made it ideal for our stay.
The only small minus being no English news channels on the TV or milk for tea in the rooms.
Most comfortable bed I have slept in whist staying at a hotel, the location was excellent, staff very helpful. Would recommend the breakfast.
All staff pleasant and helpful at all times. We love everything about the hotel and hope to return. Robin and Linda Tynemouth
service, breakfast, good wifi
two single beds together doesn't make a double bed
The hotel lived up to expectations. Very modern decor behind the facade. Breakfast was what it said on the tin - buffet style and served its purpose. Happy hour in the bar was a nice touch as was the chance of extending checkout for 5 euro's a hour. Pleasant staff.
The modern decor I.E. No carpets did make the hotel a little noisey but not a major problem
Size of the room. Quiet location, short walk to town.
Location and bar (bar maid was pleasant)
Don't expect to sleep from the street noise of people walking past, wi-fi a joke, room decor from the 70's, dark & dingy, bed was a twin when I booked a double, bathroom awful and had mouldy ceiling and tiles, tv from the late 90's, bed the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, air con rubbish & noisy, bed smelled musty, water didn't drain from shower or sink properly, milk in coffee machine at breakfast off, cars & lorries from 6am woke me up, I could continue but.....
Price, location, facilites, staff friendliness, Pool, Breakfast, comfort
Queues on reception (very minor issue)
good location. fair room space.
uncomfortable beds. sheets were like sleeping over a newspaper. the bedroom smelt like a steam. during the check in the staff was friendly, but in the afternoon after the check out, when we come back to pick the car up, the lady from the bar reject to gave a glass of water to my wife and girls.
The location was spot on for what we wanted to do and see in Brugge. The hotel on request were able to provided me with Gluten Free Breads and Croissants for breakfast.
In the mornings there seemed to be a lot of connecting doors banging from 7.30 onwards.
Good value for a central location paid 139 euros inc. a decent breakfast plus 14 for parking. Only 1 lift which broke down but was promptly fixed within a few hours. Nice bar + garden plus a happy
