Score from 1175 reviews Excellent
The location was spot on for what we wanted to do and see in Brugge. The hotel on request were able to provided me with Gluten Free Breads and Croissants for breakfast.
In the mornings there seemed to be a lot of connecting doors banging from 7.30 onwards.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Had everything I could want for the stay! Was very happy!
Comfortable room. Good en-suite, .Location near to squares and canals. Very good buffet breakfast served 8 - 11. Nice pool. Sun terrace.
Nice environment and bar. The small pool looks cute. Good breakfast and close to town centre. Wifi works well.
No air conditioner. The room could be warm sometimes.
Hotel situated within easy reach of main square , restaurants ,and attractions ,and a good breakfast.
Great location, Very clean, Helpful staff
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful, nice rooms with comfy kingsize bed, excellent breakfast and a lovely garden to sit out and enjoy a beer at happy hour!
The staff were really helpful and volunteered to book a restaurant for us and the two suggestions they suggested were excellent. The room was comfortable. The secure parking was useful to have.
he internet wasn't working so a problem checking out etc so had to use cash as unsure how long this would take to resolve itself.
We had a great two nights stay. The room we had was lovely and spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful.
Car park on site. Need to book
Staff very helpful in planning the trip prior to arriving. Excellent culture of helping customers. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and are very knowledgeable of the surrounding area Staff are generally flexible - i.e. kitchen kept breakfast open even though we were late.
Only one staff at reception at most times, long waiting times for obtaining rooms keys when busy.
Reception staff lovely. Breakfast nicely presented. Beautiful quiet rooms. Cleanliness excellant
Not adequate lighting in the rooms.
The high standard of accommodation and the little luxuries. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The single lift seemed to give me a lot of problems trying to get it to take my luggage up and down.
Indoor pool Hotel bar especially happy hour
Breakfast variable quality and without the variety of some Flooding every time you use the shower (and no bath)
Close to the centre
No air con, did not sleep
The hotel was spotless, the staff went out of their way to help and make us feel at home, breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was good, being a short walk to market square.
This is the second time we stayed at Flanders hotel. The rooms are good size but outdated. Last year we were given standard rooms which were much better than the Club rooms we had this time. The breakfast is good but nothing special.
The car park is overpriced. Use the Alfa car park at the back of the hotel. Rooms need redecoration.
The lady in the front desk has been so nice to provide us adequate information of the hightlights nearby. The hall for breakfast is cosy. The location of the hotel is so close to attractions but at an apparently quiet zone. We all love this hotel.
Location and hotel probably very good but not the room I was allocated. Roadworks made parking more difficult than expected. I received an email confirming issues with roadworks but this was only declared after I had booked.
Room 14 in the basement. No air conditioning so very hot and to top things off the fridge did not work. Staff good but not too interested in the issues raised. Would I stay again maybe but NOT in room 14. The rate for this room needs to be reduced. I travel a lot and this room was the poorest value for money that I have experienced for a very long time. Hopefully booking.com will take notice of this posting!
Breakfast was excellent Location Friendly Staff
Rooom was ok.
Not clean under the beds. Parking small entrance, no rules. Breakfast much to expensive
I booked it for the pool - it's the only pool we had for a 4 week holiday in 4 countries of Europe. Nice pool. Clean and comfortable hotel. Nice and efficient staff.
The room was horribly warm. It was summer and we opened the windows and the curtains to let the cool air outside come in, but the room remained too warm. Staff were helpful in supplying a fan which helped.
very efficient friendly and informative staff location wifi in rooms comfortable clean lovely breakfast selection kettle and tea/coffee in room safe in room
Only one small gripe....the bin liner near tea/coffee facilities in room needed changing...bit whiffy
The location, the decor, the bed and parking
We were 4 people. The room was VERY VERY NOISY!!!! (motor of pool, door, hall etc..) so we did not sleep well. The room n°15 is not a suitable room!!!!!!!
