The staff we're great as they arranged flowers at my request, gave us discount cards for museums, a local map and a calender of events for things happening durig our stay, very helpful. Our "Double bed was 2 twins pushed together so you could feel the hard sides of the beds in the middle. |

Breakfast, although even this we had to queue for. There were many things we did not like: there was no air conditioning or fan in the room, despite it being the hottest night of the year. It was impossible to open windows as most had no mosquito netting and the mosquito netting on the one window that had it was torn. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which soon resembled a sauna. The management was extremely unhelpful. . |

the location was very good for sight-seeing, superior room was a goos size and very clean. The reception have a policy that you can only pay for your room with one method. My friend wanted to pay with cash & myself by credit card, they could not accomodate us which was frustrating. |

Friendly, helpful staff The breakfast room was exceedingly crowded, particularly if you were seated in the lower area, down some steps. It felt like eating in a school canteen! |

Staff very friendly & helpful. Our room was dated and too hot. The shower head was broken, and appeared to have been that way for some time, The toilet bowl needs a deep clean or replacing. |

We could have not have stayed in a more perfect hotel. The room was very trendy and spotlessly clean. The hotel was in a great spot for seeing Bruges. The staff were very helpful. We will definately be going back. The reviews were not very favourable about the breakfast. I found the breakfast ok. Remember we were not in England. |
