O Hotel se intitula 4 estrelas, contudo nao havia ar condicionado, a iternete nao tem sinal, o banherio é extremamente simples, precisando de reformas, a televisao é muito antiga e pequena para o tamanho do quarto, nao tem lençol de cobrir, só edredom. |

Location of hotel is OK; Renovated rooms (superior plus double rooms, contemporary style) are very nice & comfortable. Room was very noisy (street noise); Swimming pool area is not very attractive (e.g. no lounge chairs); Public areas (e.g. staircases, halls, reception desk, pool area and breakfast room) could use some redecoration / renovation. |

The hotel was so close to the main attractions. The room was very comfortable & spotless. The breakfast in the morning was fanstatic with a wide selection to suit everybody. The staff were very helpful through out our stay. Since returning from our trip i have recommeneded the hotel to both family & friends. |

Rooms were clean & a reasonable size. Nice flat screen TV with lots of English channels. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool. The terrace must be lovely in the summer. |

The hotel was in easy walking distace to all the attractions and shopping. The receptionist recommended a reataurant and made a reservation when we arrived late on a FRi. Eve. It was extremely hot and we could not override the preset on the room thermostat. 24 deg is too hot for us to sleep. |

The hotel is a good quality hotel in an excellent location. The rooms, although not big, are very comfortable and the fittings are top quality. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall a good choice if you can get a good price for the weekend. Prices were a bit on the high side, although I suspect this is due to the popularity of Bruges as a dstination |

The Swimming pool facility was lovely and provided another form of leisure when the weather was bad. The hotel is well located being on the outskirts of the main square therefore making it a fairly short walk on the cobbled paths to get into the centre of Bruges. The decor is extremely tasteful and in keeping with the general fairytale character of the rest of the surroundings. |
