The happy hour at the bar is not to be missed!Ditto the small heated pool. The staff were very helpful and it's in a very good location also excellent breakfast.

We stayed in a superior room which was lovely, lots of space and it had a balcony where you could sit and have a drink. Lots of uk tv channels, kingsize bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. We didn't use the bar while we were there but it looked very inviting. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They booked us on a battlefields tour and also booked our taxis for us. I would definitely stay there again

Beautiful little hotel, great location. Walking distance to the Markt and in such a pretty area. Good facilities. Bruges was a lovely town to visit for a couple of days.

the location is five minute walk in to brugge center and fifteen minutes walk to main central station, which is on the south west outer corner of the center,

main garden area only open when bar opens at 4pm

The Hotel Staff were very helpful with maps etc and very friendly. We had a lovely big room with plenty of tea and coffee etc. Location excellent, breakfast was lovely with everything you could wish for, also served 8am - 11am which was great and a happy hour 4 - 6pm. Overall the only complaint I had (which is trivial) is that you have to give the receptionist your car park reserved place I.E. a, but whenever we went out on our return someone would be parked in it!! If you have a reserved spot thed Hotel should make sure that it is reserved for you (especially when you have to pay 14 Eu per day.

Great breakfast, nice swimming pool, professional staffs, cleaned and tidy room. We were happy to see our babycot was already ready in the room, and we could also check in a bit earlier than the checkin time which is much easier for a family with 2.

Until we arrived at the hotel, we realize there's no restaurant on site, which is quite a pity for us. Since our babies were born, we stay usually in the hotel which provides as well dinner service. Another thing is that the family room is located upstair without an elevator. So we leave our buggies downstair, which seems not a problem for the hotel.

We booked the triple which ended up a basic room with three single beds with a door to the parking lot. Our friends booked a double which was a much nicer room. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English. About a 8-10 minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was above average for European buffet.

Friendly helpful staff. Well situated, near centre but on quiet road. Modern and clean.

Windy stairs to bedroom could be a little difficult for elderly.

We took 3 rooms, and the three were very nice, especially the triple room. Perfect location, right in ze center, yet calm neighborhood, very friendly staff. We just loved it

Ideally situated for walking into Brugges.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable but very little natural light.

Situated about 5-10 mins walk from the historic centre, it is ideal for a city break. It is in a quieter part of the city though a room facing the road may be a little noisier due to the cobbled streets, that said there are numerous family run restaurants nearby and everything is within a short walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful in trying to book a table for the night at a nearby restaurant and were polite and welcoming on arrival. I paid for a Superior plus room which was modern and had a very small balcony however the lack of ventilation in the bathroom did make it quite stuffy. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful and the bar a welcome attraction on return from a days walking the city.
