I have used this hotel regularly for 10 years. This is an independent hotel that value their customers, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is comfortable, and well located. |

Location. The hotel is located right across from the Namur train station. And the price is very reasonable. Cleaning. Tea kettle hadn't been washed for at least a few days. Water was rotten and a kettle was disgusting. But a staff at reception desk was very nice and gave me a brand new tea kettle. There also were several strands of hair in the bath tub. I think that cleaning clew need to do a better job. |

The hotel was well situated opposite the station and had car parking at 4.50 euros for 24hours. There were tea making facitlities in the room. Not a 3 star hotel - very basic and not terribly clean. Breakfasts were poor - very limited choice and food not topped up when running out. Scrambled egg very dry, greasy bacon, few slices of ham and cheese. \Orange juice tasted like squash. One day there was no fruit at all and when a guest complained. the manager said there wouldn't be any until the next day. |

Ruime hoekkamer met helaas een smal 2 persoonsbed.Tegenover het station van Namen gelegen. 4 dubbel glas geen airco. Ontbijt was goed, niet alle broodjes even vers... De kwaliteit van het sanitair, is wat verouderd, vooral het douchegordijn. Daar zou een glazenwandje niet misstaan. |

heel aangename kamers en de mogelijkheid van goedkoop te parkeren.Ruime uren om te ontbijten en de mogelijkheid om vrij laat uit te checken. 12 uur. Heel positief een 24/24 uur receptie. Om de juiste uitleg te krijgen in verband met de parkeergarage en de manier om binnen en buiten te geraken moesten wel heel precieze vragen gesteld worden. |

Grande disponibilité de l'accueil et courtoisie du service des chambres. Situation idéale, triple vitrage isolant de tout bruit extérieur et assurant des nuits calmes. Trois jours de vrai plaisir entre ces murs pour un prix tout à fait justifié, je recommande. L'eau était tiède à 4 heures du mat. Mais bon, hein, quelle idée de prendre un bain à cette heure là ? Autre truc mineur : les choix déco trop modernes de la rénovation, cet hôtel Art Nouveau aurait mérité mieux. |
