Off-season the appartments are priced quite low, giving a good value for money. The appertment is basic, but very good to stay for a weekend. It is really spacious and good for a family with two small boys. Especially the big garden, with midget golf, the playground and the Ourthe is nice. Also the surroundings of La Roche are great, especially in autumn, The public staying in the hotel was quite old and were not really fond of children. The boys were asked to be more quiet when they were playing in the playground! The staff behind the desk was nice (even speaking Dutch), however, the other staff was not really approachable. It was a pitty that the Bowling was broken, but maybe that is just tempory. The prices off-season are really worth it, but during summer, I would expect more for the amount of money the ask during that time. |

The reception staff was especially friendly and welcoming, the outside appearance of the hotel was impressive and well cared for and the internal design and layout of the rooms interesting. |

the hotel building is imperssive , good renovated , has significant and convinient parking lot , The surrounding park is nice and has children play area. The big advantage (at least for us) is a fridge in the room. the breakfast food is poor and routine. In the dining room the staff is defining your seats and you have to seat with other peaple. once they ask us to pass to another table in the middle of our breakfeast. the room cleaning is casual |

Nice facility with plenty of room and activities for the children. Walking distance to downtown. Free on sight parking. Staff spoke very little English making it difficult to communicate. This is also true of most of the town. Unless you speak French, it may be difficult to get by. Additionally, if you plan on swimming, bring your Speedos. We were asked to leave the pool area for wearing swimming trunks. My children were disappointed, but not enough to wear tight swim wear. |

The food was quite good. The location allowed for a quiet night but it was only a short walk into the town center for "noisier" activities. No air conditioning. We were originally booked in a room on the third floor facing the sun in the afternoon. The room was a furnace when we walked in and the air conditioner was hopeless. We asked for another room and moved. It too was uncomfortable but it was on the second floor and on the morning sun side. We were able to keep this room cool enough to bear it. Also, the rooms are quite small. I would not stay here again in the summer. |

Good family facilities like pool, mini golf , ten pin bowling located rig on he river about 1 km from town centre. Room at the back overlook the river. Service staff at theTavern was very good. Great for kids. When we booked we didnt realise this was a holiday recreation hotel. It has very basic rooms and basic breakfast but still represented good value for money. |

The space of the apartment for 6 people is perfect and the localization is very hand. The children could play in the backwards at nigth and they did love it. The matras in the doublebed was just horrible. The 100 euros deposit you have to give at moment of arrival will just be refunded 3 weeks after departure date and if the inspection finds the appartment clean enough otherwise they will take 50 euros for the cleaning. This was not mentioned iduring the booking. |

Rustige ligging, grote tuin met vooral activiteiten voor in de zomer (openluchtzwembad, speelplein, minigolf, basketbalterrein, tennisvelden). Vriendelijk, nederlandssprekend personeel. Appartement was maar matig gekuist. |
