I was there for almost two weeks and in that time I was treated very well and the hotel is spotless. The restaurant was very good with a good selection from the menu. Restaurant not open on a Sunday but within 50m there are two very nice local family run restaurants.

Very quiet location, good for a business trip. Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 21.30 at evening so if you finish late at work it is difficult to get your dinner.

Big room with small terrace and nice view The toilet was very smelly and not comfortable. The tv was too small for the size of the room, you could not watch from the bed. The corridors remind strongly of a hospital and the breakfast room was very cold. The breakfast is quite basic.

The room was big and very clean. The staff is friendly and very professional. Not all of them speak english, but wasn't a problem at all. The restaurant is nice. The breakfast is good - there are fresh croissants and fruits. The internet connection is fast. Big public free parking some meters in front of the hotel.

Nice staff. Good food in the restaurant. Rooms have a good outlook over the countryside and are a good size. No problems really - Not all staff spoke English so communication was a little difficult (in the restaurant) Rooms are a little bit dated.

Panorama, room, bathroom, internet worked perfectly 1. When I stayed in this hotel, the evenings were gorgous, 25 degree at 9pm, warm and wonderful sunset. It was not possible to sit outside for dinner or have a drink after 7pm. This was totally unacceptable. So I had all dinners in a nearby restaurant where I could sit outside. 2. I did not like the coffee for breakfast. Very weak and not French/Belgian at all. 3. I recommend you have chairs and a table on the balcony, so that people can sit there and enjoy the view. 4. No room service.

The good size of the room, the balcony, the wifi, the views and the breakfast. On arrival the person on reception was not at all welcoming. The website is misleading, there is no parking on site, there is a public car park close by.

La jolie vue sur la vallée, la superficie de la chambre, la petite terrasse donnât une vue sur l'étendue de la vallée, la facilité à accéder au chemin de randonnée. Le petit déjeuner complet. Rien.

Chambre n° 203 très spacieuse, confortable, avec beau panorama Il y a un protège-matelas par dessus un autre protège-matelas, le matelas est protégé par une couche imperméable, c'est bien pour l'hôtelier car cela protège son matelas, mais ce n'est pas confortable pour dormir au chaud.

a) La situation topographique (avec vue panoramique) et géographique (à proximité des belles villes de Tournai et de Lille) de l'hôtel; b) les chambres spacieuses, confortables et bien entretenues. Le bar de l'hôtel peu convivial et avec de fortes nuisances olfactives (odeurs de WC), qui en plus fermait dès 23.00 h.

Prachtige omgeving en uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker eten 's avonds in het restaurant. En ook budgetvriendelijk. Rustig om te slapen. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Als er 1 minpuntje zou zijn, is het de ontbijtruimte. Die is iets minder gezellig, een beetje een reftergevoel, maar het ontbijtbuffet op zich was lekker en verzorgd. Spek met eitjes miste ik wel. Er was ruim voldoende brood, zoet beleg, hartig beleg, enz.. om er een volle dag tegenaan te kunnen.

très convivial, j'ai déjà réservé pour le weekend suivant (travail) et je vais y retourner avec mon épouse et mes enfants prochainement, situé dans un endroit calme et non loin du centre de tournai le mauvais temps, mais il n'y sont pour rien ;-)
