The hotel is located in the center of the center,everything is just around the corner.In total - very good value for the money. It is a part of the "what I like".It will be nice if the staff at the reception ask the guests if they prefer a quiet room. Being on the second floor made me feel fully the night life on the street and attractions nearby.

The interior setting and decor of the room and proximity to the Antwerpen centraal station. Maybe the w/c and shower space should be one combined room

The location is excellent: near the railway station and the main shopping street leading to the city centre. Nice, spacious room with marvellous view though French windows - to the railway station Art-Nouveau building. Friendly and helpful staff. Please note that the building is historical, so it means to get to the room you have to pass some narrow confused corridors and climb some narrow stairs.

Hotel smelled mouldy. Joints between bathroom tiles were black and mouldy. Breakfast was very simple. Parking garage was terrible small. (Ford Galaxy)

The location. The reception of the hotel had a bad smell, i think it was the sewage. The hotel garage was really narrow and dark.

The location! We specifically asked to have a double bed. Being booked for a month you would expect that, not the staff telling you that they did not have any more available. We went into the room and it stunk of cigarettes. We called the reception and they told us they will change the room. They sent us to the new room, which we had to go through stairs to get too. Which is ridiculous when you are carrying bags!! The room was so small, you had to go side ways to walk between the bed and the tv unit. And when you go to the bathroom, the door doesn't close properly, and it is also seriously small!! You have to sit sideways on the toilet because of the sink! No wifi in the hotel, which in 2013, I could not believe it! Keyboards on 2 computers downstairs are not even good. So you go to use the internet but you cannot type because when you press to type a letter, another one comes up! Then to top it all up, we asked to leave maybe 2 hours later because we had a late flight. They said we can leave at 2, but we need to pay 25Euros!! Location is good but do not stay here! There are other hotels close by.

Car park very convenient and cheap! Well appointed for all of the city. Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast good. Good value. Noise levels from outside the hotel. We faced a noisy bar at the hotel rear. Bath towels a bit small and thin.
