Great location. Very handy for the centre and right next to the train station! €9 per hour for wifi - in this day and age? That's just plain profiteering. Get a coffee from McDonald's across the road and use the free wifi instead.

The rooms must have been designed by idiots. It was difficult to get out of the wc as the door was too close to the toilet. The shower screen did not open because the sink was in the way. The light switch for the wc was around the corner behind the radiator thermostat.

Great location, opposite to the central station and close to the best shopping streets. Good room, it was clean and light. Free internet. Coffee is too simple. Except for this, it is an advantageous cost- benefit.

Excellet location for sightseeing. Lovely room with large balcony style windows loking out over the square. Very powerfu shower. Very polite and helpful reception staff especially when helping to find car park. Secure parking in such a central location was brilliant. Great value for money would definitely stay again. Bathroom needed to be cleaner, hairs on bathroom floor. Door to bathroom has no handle on inside so couldnt be closed from inside.

Excellent location when travelling to/from train station, nice restaurant and bar facilities close-by, small but fully functional and clean room, good value for price. Staff at check-in could use a smile here and there.

I was pleased my request to be in room 347 again was followed through. The free Internet use is good. They should offer tea/coffee making facilities in the room - just like the similar 3* hotel I moved on to in Amsterdam does provide. The breakfasts are still very good but I have noticed small changes compared to Florida days - no fruit salad, only 1 kind of cheese now, no bacon or sausage to accompany the excellent scrambled egg.

The location of the hotel was great, directly opposite the Central Station with many places to eat nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows. We requested a non smoking room and were given a smoking room which smelt. The room was very small and although this wasn't a problem for us the space had not been utilised. We had a fridge inside a cupboard in the room however no storage for clothes. The one mirror in the room was behind a clothes rail therefore could not be used and so if someone was in the bathroom the the other person had no mirror. Coffee making facilities would have been nice. The window was single glazed and so with the central position was very noisy. Lighting in the room was terrible and with all the lights on I still could not see to get my clothes which had to be piled underneath the small clothes hanging area! Would not stay here again.

There has been major construction on the street infront of the hotel. They shouldn't book 1st floor front rooms with that noise.

This hotel is an excellant hotel in terms of price and city location. The comfort rooms we had were clean and comfortable and maintained very well. The breakfast was surprisingly good with hot & cold options. All staff were extremely friendly & helpful. One major problem however is the current road works outside the main entrance of the hotel in De Keyserlie - this causes problems for persons using hotel and difficulties when negotiating roads around the hotel with a car. I do think the hotel should highlight this on their web page - providing advice to travellers who wish to access their carparking garage. We stayed 3 nights with friends and our overal experience was very satisfying and enjoyable. We would certainly consider using the Leonardo again if & when we visit Antwerp in the future.

Better breakfast than when it was Florida Hotel. Staff are excellent. Unfortunately its just been tarted up a bit since Florida Hotel days, the floors still uneven, slanting, you can hear the room above extremely easily and conversations that occur. Too bad, its a great location next to Antwerp central station.

The location of the hotel is excellent being straight across from the main train station and a short walk to the Meir. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast more than adequate. Public transport by tram and bus was also extremely close by. The hotel did not provide free wifi. There were two computers downstairs for use for those staying at the hotel but they were always occupied.

Excellent location and a comfortable room for a very reasonable price. Pretty standard chain hotel decor - clean and comfortable, but no real charm or individuality.

The location was excellent, very nice view of the central station. All hallways and the room were much too narrow. The breakfast was much too pricey for the quality offered. The room was very noisy. The room was much too warm, the hallways too cold.

“Very good location. Close to Station and centre. The hotel is modern but fairly basic. No frills and does exactly what is says on the tin - so to speak. Clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. A few signs of slight tattyness around high use areas such as bathrooms but all in all pretty good. Good free wi-fi.” Ian, Hook |

“The staff was very nice. Also the breakfast room had plastic bowls and spoons for kids as well as a play area for children- both very good ideas that more hotels should adopt.” Jacoby, Brussels |
