I've stayed here many times.They have new owners in the last year who are doing renovations so one elevator is out of order and the other used by builders so things are a bit disrupted now. They now advertise breakfast from 7am every day but the restaurant was closed 7.20 Sun morning. |

Great location for travellers, next to the central railway station. Spacious rooms, great value for money. Toilet might be a little bit bigger. Window had no handle. |

The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip (to visit Antwerp and other cities coming and going by train), the staff was really nice and helpful. |

The rooms were nice and clean, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff. The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. WiFi was not complementary, on the contrary, it was quite expensive. |

Hotel is just outside the Central Station and in walking disatance from the main shopping area and historic center. The lady in the reception was very polite and helpful. |

It's closed to the center, and the staff is sympathetic. The bedroom bed was not done, we had to change for an other room, and the bath room was not very clean. |

Inexpensive and reasonably comfortable hotel convenient to the train station and not too far of a walk to the historical attractions of Antwerp. Pretty good breakfast included. More free Internet access besides the one lobby terminal. Either free WiFi throughout hotel or at least in lobby and breakfast room. |

The localization of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the Centraal Station, and at the fine De Keyserlei. I realized that the breakfast was somewhat poorer this year than if was the last years. |

secure underground parking, excellent location in the heart of the shopping district, beside main train station. parking expensive (15€), old, worn out towels, holes in curtains, twin beds, not a double as requested, no free wifi. poor breakfast selection, tables not cleared away. |

we arrived late in the evening by train and were very happy that the hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from the railway station in the very centre of the city. The breakfast was excellent. |

The reception staff were most helpful, the breakfast was simple but enjoyable and easily accessable parking. Room was comfortably warm. The room we had was overlooking a pedestrian street and slightly noisy with window open. Room was basically furnished, but comfortable. |

The hotel was very conveniently placed as it was close to the railway station and about twenty minutes walk from the sights of the old town. Overall it is excellent value for money and I will certainly stay there again. |
