Hotel Floris Louise is situated within walking distance of the European Parliament only 5 minutes from metro station 'Louise' from which you can reach all important sights within a few minutes. The entire hotel is decorated in English Regency style and welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere. As the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and taverns you will not have any problem to find a place for your lunches and dinners. You take the tram or bus to reach the historical centre of Brussels with its famous Grand Place or the Terkamerenbos (the green area of the city) within a few minutes.

too expensive with regard to: very bad quality of the bed, no air-conditioning, no free internet access, poor elevator.

The location, the staff at the reception who were quite helpfull and the buffet breakfast.

A 4 star hotel that costs EUR 145/night cannot have old sheets, stuffy rooms, old and used matresses in the bed and curtains which are falling and covered with dirt. It was very disapointing! The rooms need to be seriously refreshed, matresses and curtains replaced and the walls repainted.
