The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious. It is well located near the Louise Metro stop and the staff were very helpful in discovering new aspects of Brussels. I would have liked air conditioning at the end of June, but I guess that is why the price is so good. |

Hotel is placed very near to De La Toison D'or Av, where you can find many nice and not to expensive restaurants/pubs. If you would like to visit Grand Place it also will not take long going there by feet (approx. 15 min). Nearness of the tram and underground give ability to move fast across the city. The only disadvantage I have found was extra charge WiFi connection, nevertheless in comparision to some other 4* hotels the fee was not exaggerated. |

Nice hotel at walking distance from underground station. Very good breakfast buffet. Kind staff. We had a room at ground floor with a single window to the street with some noise during the night (anyway we booked a special offer with 50% discount...). The mattress was definetely too soft. |

Room was amazing, and very clean, spacious and in a pretty easy location for getting into the centre of town on the metro. great value for money we got for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was decent also. No Tea and coffee facilities, V.expensive Wifi and charging 3 euros per teabag was not acceptable. |

The hotel is a lower-scale 4-stars hotel. Small rooms, no air-conditioned, no individual temperature control, etc. Instead, I would classify it as a very decent 3-stars hotel. |

The staff was great and the rooms very clean.I appreciated all the courtesy. The TV has limited channels in english and the min bar had very warm drinks. |

The localization of the hotel is very good, with easy transport to the main atractions of the city. I do not think this hotel is four stars! The services are good for a hotel of 2-3 stars. For example, very limited tv channels and no shower courtains (bathroom floor alsways flooded!). |

The female receptionist wasn't very friendly and helpful. My request of two double bed was not fulfilled until I personally requested myself. Agreed price per night was changed without prior notice and was put in the bill as "change in price". Wasn't very helpful when wanted to extend the stay and keep changing the room rate. |

Good location, large rooms, clean. Non functional TV set, outrageous prices for Internet connection, razorsharp broken floortiles in the bathroom, noisy heating equipment. Breakfast poor. |

Location and breakfast included in total price - unlike most seen in this location on the web. Our bathroom window did not shut so we were concerned when we left the room in the evening. 90% of the staff were great and friendly although one member was very rude when we explained that the light bulb did not work in our room which is why we didn't mention the window not shutting. |

The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was ideal to explore the city, only a 5 minute walk to the tube and approx 20 - 25 minutes walk from the Grand Place. If i was to be really picky I would say the rooms were a little dark and quite warm so we had to open a window which was then noisey in the morning. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |
