Floris Hotel Louise  

El hotel necesita una reforma profunda: paredes con el papel gastado y lleno de manchas, moqueta con manchas de años, etc. En mi habitación (de las del piso superior, abuhardillada), una de las ventanas no tenía persiana ni cortina, y la luz entra desde las 6 de la mañana. Lo de las cuatro estrellas debe ser de broma, el hotel corresponde a un 2 estrellas.

My room was nice and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and minimum of noice from the street. The location is quite good, if you accept walking 15 minutes from the metro station Louise with a suitcase.

It was quite cold in the room until I discovered that there was a device on the heaters. The tv was not working both evenings so I had to call the reception to fix it. I knew that there would not be any free wifi but I booked the hotel anyway because it looked cosy and comfortable on the pictures. But as a business traveller I found it disturbing. Next time I will choose one with free wifi in the room.Besides,the lack of wi fi was not compensated by the standard, wchich was quite dull. I copmared with another hotell in the Stefani area, nh, having more public facilities like a busy bar in the lobby and closer to the metro station, and next time I will choose that one.

The staff was friendly however a bit helpless when a coffee maker broke down or window wouldn't shut or rooms being not refurbished for ages - with bed sheets and the bathroom very clean though

They made me pay extra eur 20 for early check-in so altogether I paid almost as much as my colleagues for a rom in excellent Renaissance Hotel (which just miiiiiiles ahead of Floris in terms of quality)

The location is really terrific and rooms are quite big.

Breakfast is really an issue there. And rooms are on the edge of needing a renovation.

I am always very impressed by the friendliness and good attitude of the staff at the hotel.

The facilities are obviously due for a renovation, which I understand is already underway. Hope they do not unduly raise their prices!

Rooms are good .. there is no service facility to room. If they provide some more facility in bath rooms it will be good. The minimum facility of making cofee tea in room by providing the hot water kettle it will be good. Internet facility is costly and we have to pay more. Atleast they have to give internet dailly for minimum 2 hour with out any charge. Out going call charges are very high. Which are not well informed to costomer.

Location, only if you have business in the Luoise area or University.

At least the room I got was not in line with what on the description. Recently refurbished but gloomy, avoid very noise rooms at the ground floor. Night personnel unreliable. Very poor level of service. Average breakfast. They charge 15 euro first day of wifi. The area at night is desert.

Pleasant comfortable environment with helpful staff.

Television did not operate well. Switch-on required separate control of cable box and TV - very poor audio with much buzzing and distortion. Room too warm, no easy obvious way to cool it.

The hotel walls looked terrible.

The room I had was quite spacious as well as the bathroom

The room and the bathroom were not eated enough (almost at all) ....

The room is big, as well as the bathroom, according to the money you paid, this hotel in fine.

The cover blanket is not comfortable, the breakfast only provided very limited foods,also, the service is very bad, all of the little favours you asked for, they won't give you!

Rien, le Sapin peut-être.

La chambre aux odeurs de cigarettes, le lit mou, les oreillers à peine rembourrés, la salle de bain peu entretenue, la tv des années 80 de 35 cm d'écran et de 40 cm profondeur, le peu d'espace intérieur, la propreté générale, les accès aux chambres, et c'était une chambre exécutive, on se demande ce qu'aurait été la chambre simple ...! C'est tout au plus un 2 étoiles, mais jamais un 4.
