The location, the staff at the reception who were quite helpfull and the buffet breakfast. A 4 star hotel that costs EUR 145/night cannot have old sheets, stuffy rooms, old and used matresses in the bed and curtains which are falling and covered with dirt. It was very disapointing! The rooms need to be seriously refreshed, matresses and curtains replaced and the walls repainted. |
