A very conveniet hotel to get to the center of Ghent. A fair price for a large room with a shower that actually puts out water. Loved the food at the attached Irish Pub and we ate 3 meals there. Prices were very good for the food served.

Nothing. Parking is available right next to the hotel and lot is very small so be sure to reserve a spot if driving.

Location , very kind and attentive staff and good food at common sense prices. Nothing was too much trouble .

- The room was very nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. - Great bathroom. - Very quiet room, even on the ground floor. - The bed was extremely comfortable.

- The sockets were a little temperamental (and worked even against the minibar...) - The breakfast, while nice, could be included in the price, given the room fee.

The staff was very accommodating to our needs and the location was 10 minutes away from the attractions, which was convenient.

Nothing much really; if we had to pick one thing, the doors were a little tricky to open, maybe it was just us, but we did figure out the trick at the end of the trip.

I loved being there. Will probably go back this summer

Rooms are well appointed and large, excellent value for money. Located in City centre, just minutes from main attractions.

Lack of facilities other than rooms (attached toIrish pub for meals) and no elevator.

The young girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good and a good value.

The key was very large and heavy to carry around all day.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay, the rooms were large and luxurious for very reasonable price. Very comfortable. The staff are very helpfull and plesent. The Irish pub next door was great to have a drink at night, and the meals there were great too.

There is nothing I can think of that I didn't like.

We stayed here on a one night stop-over on route to Germany. The hotel reception staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly - a really charming women. For 10 Euro we got secure parking in the hotel's private courtyard - very convenient when staying in the centre of town. The hotel is linked with a lively Irish Pub. You get a free welcome drink on arrival - a nice gesture. It's great to sit down with a beer after a long drive. We stayed in a family room that was newly decorated, large and furnished in a modern way - really pleasant. The beds were super comfortable. There was a very nice, big bathroom. All in all this is a really good place to stay. You can walk everywhere in central Gent from here and the town is lovely.

The hallway of the hotel is quite echoey. You might hear people banging around and talking when they leave or enter their room. But this wouldn't put me off staying there again. The hotel is otherwise in a quiet location.

The hotel is in a good location. It was about a 5 minute walk from the main area of town and in an area with lots of cute restaurants. The hostess, Jenny, was very welcoming and helpful. My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed.

The lack of an elevator. I was on the third floor and had to lug my bags up. Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel and if you pack lightly the stairs are no problem!

The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice rooms in a great location. Cooperation with Irsh pub is great, good atmosphere. For individual travelers who stay regularly in a hotel, this hotel is a nice alternative.

I ws given one of the larger rooms on the first floor and it was lovely - high molded ceilings and tastefule decor. The staff is extremely friendly and the location was great. It was adjacent to an Irish Pub, which was very convenient to grab a late bite and for breakfast.

Nice family room with two connecting rooms and a beautiful bathroom including a spa tub. Presented with free drink coupons upon our arrival. Location is perfect as it is only 3 or four blocks from the beautiful historic city center. Very close to a nice shopping district as well.

The restaurant is really a bar. The stairs are steep. Traffic everywhere in Ghent so watch your step while crossing the road, cars, bicyclists and street cars are everywhere.

Loved the friendly and welcoming staff. Loved the central but quiet location. Loved breakfast!

The king size bed is of two parts, which is not that comfy when sleeping together.
