This Sheraton is 300 ft from the fancy Avenue Louise and has a sauna and fitness center on site. It features modern accommodations with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The rooms at Four Points by Sheraton Brussels are equipped with luxury beds, a work area and an iPod Docking Station. Other amenities include coffee and tea facilities and a sitting corner. The Four’chette Restaurant serves seasonal meals and regional specialties for lunch and dinner. A large selection of beer and wine is available in the modern Lobby Lounge. The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold dishes. The Four Points Sheraton is a 10-minute walk from the Victor Horta Museum and the Louise Metro Station. clean, comfortable and quiet during the night, good over all Hotel no map support to locate the hotel easily, room doors are noisy especially in the morning when the get banged closed.

- Location is ok, well connected via public transport. - Private parking not too expensive - Free bottle of water every day :-) - Free Fitness 24/24 + Sauna Disappointed considering the high ranking, 4 stars, and pictures on this site.

The Free Wifi consists of 30 minutes at 128 Kbits / second / day. Just enough to download my newspaper, which took half an hour to download. If you want more, you have to pay. So please don't consider this hotel for its free wifi. The fact that breakfast was not included but comes in at 20 euro / person, doesn't help either.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping area Avenue Luise and to several tram stations. Our room was quite spacious with a nice garden view.

The hotel was good value for money considering the reputation of Sheraton hotels. The staff were approachable, friendly and polite. The room was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. The facilities (many tv stations in many languages, coffee and tea, bathrobes etc.) were very good. The room was very clean too. The pillows were not very comfortable, but that is one's own preference and opinion!

The hotel room was very comfortable and a great location, near to the city centre for walking or taking the tram to get around but not too near to be loud. The sauna was nice and the facilities in the room were good. Our shower varied quite a bit in temperature despite being on the hottest setting possible. The bed was a bit sloped to the middle.

Value for money hotel, Informative staff. Claimed to be an eco-friendly hotel, however the housekeeping staff changes the hand washing soap bar everyday even when its used once or twice. Doesn't understand the logic behind the one 200ml bottle of water for 2 guests everyday. We were a little hungry and we didn't feel like eating any main courses/ starters. We wanted some finger food ie. Fish fingers, nuggets etc. However, the main menu doesn't offer such items, only the kids menu does. But according to the room service staff, we couldn't order it if we have no kids. What's the difference anyway? I need to be enlightened.

Very clean and nice Hotel. The staff was really willing to kind and helpfull! Very nice location, near shops and transportation. I really liked that every room had a "lazy boy" chair. Perfect for a short trip to Brussels. Breakfast was a little expensive but it was really nice and full so I am not sure that is a bad thing :)

It's location is good for exploring. We were told we got upgraded. I would have hated to have seen the room we were supposed to have got. There was never any milk in room for tea or coffee. We went to this hotel 2008 for our honeymoon and the room back then was fantastic this time disappointment ..

Helpful staff The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars: walls are dirty, bathroom was smelly, washbasin was very old and room was not cleaned very well. I was very disappointed by the hotel, I definitely would not recommend it.

Big and comfy beds, large room even for the basic "classic room". Easy to get to town via trams and metro (about 20 mins) Room wasn't cleaned or tidied well. Very 70s decor - yellow and blue! shower a bit naff

The king size bed was nice and it was in a good location. We walked every where we could. Hotel staff was very helpful showing us on a map where things were and how far it was to get there by foot, trolley, or driving.

The room was so nice. The twin beds were massive. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The cleaners did a great job, our room was always perfect when we came back. Free wifi in the lobby, easy to use. The location was up one end of the main street but still close to everything.
