The facilities are good, including free WiFi access (but only in public areas, WiFi in the room is not free). Parking on the street was well possible. The bed was of execellent quality. We booked our room through Booking.com at a good price (about 65 euro a night) but the room was disappointing: small, sink drain partially blocked, noise of the elevator (next to room), worn-off furniture, chewing gum on the carpet. I suspect the hotel has good rooms as well, but that these are not offered at discount prices. This room was more at 2-star than 4-star level. |

ok location..20 min walk from downtown...parking on site...beautiful room, great bed and bathroom staff are idiots...our TV was broken at first, then worked for a hour....complained to staff and woman at the counter said "that's too bad".....Sheraton is a big company, they could afford to give me a free breakfast or something, or at the very least apologize. |

Very quiet location away from the tourist areas. Good for families and couples and excellent transport links to the centre and main stations, particularly Gare du Midi. Strange smell on floor 5! |

Central location, cleanliness, good comfort, especially the bed, a quiet room with garden view It was value for money but the hotel was rather anonymous (the design, the furniture etc.) like any other four star city hotel. |

Perfect as a business hotel, many english TV channels, ironing gear in the room. Free WiFi only in public areas. Ask for a room that is not on the second floor on top of the reception as these can be slightly noicy. |

Is a nice hotel to stay in Brussels but not very close to the city center, u need about 10 mins to get to the Grand Place and need to change tram, first take tram 94 then change to bus 95 at the Royal Art Gallery. The area is safe around the hotel and some nice cafe / bar within walking distance. There is a small gym and suna in the hotel which is not bad for winter. I saw on the hotel website there is coffee / tea in the room but did not really have this in my room. |

Great facilities such as sauna, bathrobes and fitness for this price. Very big room and bed. Good price for internet use per day. Very courteous and professional staff made me feel very welcome and attended to all my requests. A bit far from the nearest metro and not too many restaurants immediately in the area. I did not walk to walk far alone at night. Very limited menu available at hotel on Fri and Sat nights. |

Very friendly staff. When something out of the ordinary is happening, for example, refurbishment works going on, as it happenned this time and before, the hotel offers you a complimentary drink and their apologies, which is nice. Very expensive breakfast |
