comfort , facilities , room
15-20 min. walk to city centre. Tram nearby. Very quiet location. Friendly staff. 50€ deposit (some hotels demand much more). 45€ taxi to Zaventem airport, organized at reception, at normal price. Comfortable room and solid, not too soft bed.
Minibar is expensive (as it is always). WiFi slow, if you don't want to spend extra on premium connection.
*Hotel is of a genuinely decent standard * Clean and Comfortable rooms * Generally helpful staff * Wifi * Pricing is reasonable
* The curtain did not keep the morning sun out * Room had a curious smell - especially on arrival * Parking as well as breakfast perhaps a bit expensive
The staff were very helpful and friendly
The Matress was hard, the shower was thin, the water wouldn't run out of the tub, the wifi fell out all the time. The breakfast was of mucher poorer quality than previous stays.
Lacks in cleanliness and comfort. Free Internet is unusably slow... a way to induce customers to buy faster paid access.
Clean and comfortable. Close to where I wanted to be. Relatively quiet. Good value for money.
The TV did not work, although I understand that this was a hotel-wide problem on the evening that I checked in.
Good location Simple but cosy room Helpful staff Nice after-season deals
Bed was too soft for me
Great as always
dirty bathroom, don't change bed linens after 3 or 4 days, check out complicate, garage often full.
Very hard to receive phone calls throu reception
Bed was very good.
The lack of professionality of people working there, receiving a phone call throu the reception is very difficult.
weekend prices garage quality of beds location breakfast
only criticism is the phone service for incoming calls when callers have to listen to various messages/options before being able to ask for a room number
Nothing stood out.
A bit grubby. Could do with some refurbishment. Nothing bad.
Good location Very comfy bed Helpful staff
Car park is tiny and rather expensive.
Parking on site, comfy bed, good size room and helpful friendly staff. Option for not having room cleaned for €5 reward or charitable donation.
Could have done with better tea and coffee facilities. Being English we like a good cup of tea but with no milk had to make do with coffee creamer. Not a major problem but would've made the stay perfect.
Staff friendly and helpful. rooms spacious and comfortable.
a better map showing the location, and distance from nearest tram and metro stops would have been useful.
Staff Cleanliness Value for money
Quite a walk from city center Small lobby area
Very helpful staff. Big room, big bed, very comfortable.
The Toilet was stinking a little bit if you let the cap open for a long time. But if you kept the cap closed, it was fine.
Fantastic bed, nice bathroom, excellent staff, very clean and secure hotel.
location of hotel is site street with little parking.hotel has under ground carpark but cost extra and is too expensive. offered TV services and other extras are added expense and NOT free. public transport is a night mare unless you speak french.restaurants are far and driving around by car is a challenge to say the least.
Room was spacious and clean. Ambience inside the room was excellent.
Flush in the toilet was not working properly, I reported the problem to Hotel staff but no one took care of the flush during my 3 night stay in the hotel. Food /Breakfast in the restaurant was bit expensive
Nice little garden at the back. All the little things done right so many hotels mess up: Socket next to bed(to charge phone). Comfy firm bed, and good pillows. Quiet room.(No Noisy Fridge) Air Con you can switch off. Iron in the room (so often I have to ask for one). Desk area. 2 free bottles of water BBC1,2,3 TV channels in english on a good quality HD TV that you can see from your bed :) Basic Shower Gels/Shampoos and Mouth Wash provided to some this would be a life save if toothpaste was forgotten). Solid Wifi in room. Actually a pretty good selection on the breakfast of the usual continental/cooked breakfast sort. Taking the lift from the 4th floor to the garden on the 4th floor :)
A small lick of paint on in the rooms to spruce them up would be nice but as I was there one night I didn't mind.
