Small, but clean and warm room Lots of noise from the road all night- if you're a light sleeper, better chose another place; breakfast somewhat expensive; towels in bathroom were quite worn out |

It was Ok nothing special but nothing to complain about.Room was quite large & clean.Restaurant was nice. Not a great location as a bit out of the centre of town. |

Electronic locks, quick check-in and check-out, perfect location and price/comfort ratio, solid thick walls between rooms. Surrounding area is way too noisy (city ring is right next to it). |

Location was excellent.The food was good but breakfast was somewhat expensive. View from dining room was great. Reception was cold. Room was so small. Booked a double room - got a twin bed. |

Nice clean rooms. The bar downstairs had good food, very tasty and a good price. The staff could not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. The location was far from the train station (for Eurostar) but metro was close by. |

Clean functional room. We were ablt to check in until late. Good food in the tavern downstairs. Lift only went to third floor, we had to carry suitcases up flight of stairs.. |

The food at the on-site tavern was good. The advertised Wi-Fi internet connection was not available in the hotel rooms, only in the lobby area. The bathtub did not have a shower curtain, and it was difficult to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor. There was no air-conditioning or fan in the room. |

Clean, nice facility. Staff was extremely friendly. Restaurant below hotel. Room pretty spacious for a European hotel. Not in the city center but within walking distance to center. Hotel also close to Simonis subway station. |

Location was ok, abt 13 mins walk from metro. Room was tidy and looks new, the Frederiksborg restaurant was not bad also. a little bit far from metro station. |

The room is comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant is ok. All staff (except perhaps one) are unfriendly, impolite, and unwilling to help. They really made my stay horrible. The hotel claims to have WIFI, but it's not accessible in the rooms, only in the restaurant, and the connection is so bad that you can't even stay online for 5 minutes. The description of 'just 10 minutes' away from Gare-midi is so misleading... |

The hotel was in a very beautiful and peaceful area, just next to a large park and church and not very far from the metro. There was also a nice bar in the downstairs. Our room was clean and had a good view to the street. The hotel was located a bit far from the center of the city, though the area itself was very nice. It also seemed that the bar downstairs had forced the reception to very close quarters. |

We booked this online and were happy to find that it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's above a restaurant/bar which is very nice and always has a few people inside. Beware that this hotel is not close to the city center, its two metro lines and a nice walk away The proximity to the city center was the major problem with this hotel. It is about 20-30 minutes away including the walk to the metro. The rooms are also somewhat small. |

the hotel was maintained well with neatly arranged room with cabinet and bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful and responded to our concerns and inquires very quickly. even though it was about 5 stops on the train to the city center, i would stay here again bc it was clean, the staff was helpful and and the hotel was well maintained. distance from the city center and distance from area restaurants, sites, etc. |

The food was excellent, extraordinary I can tell (specially tagliattella with jambon and salmon salade....delicious). The hotel is better than a 2 star hotel, clean, quite and good service. The staff was very friendly and usefull. The public transportion in front of the hotel makes easy to reach the central areas. The hotel is in a green and very nice area, 10 meters in front of the Basilique. Nothing, really........ |

Clean and tidy My room was not finished! It seemed to be a converted house and there was a door between my room and the next - it was locked, but it meant I could hear everything that went on next door, and lost sleep over it. Wifi internet did not work in my room. Bathroom wasn't en suite at all - it was prviate, but I had to walk across the corridor outside to get to it. |
