The room was large enough, the wi-fi system is great and the heating in the room is plenty. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, as I have found no bad things to complain about.

Free and very good wlan, tv, heating. Spacious closet. Clean room, comfortable if a little empty. Nice location, near a big park and a beautiful church building. About 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station. About the hotel: Very narrow corridors and extremely tiny space in the reception at the entrance of the hotel. Very small elevator can't be occupied by more than one person with one luggage. In the room: No mini-bar, no renewing of bathroom expendables (i.e. soap). There is no mirror in the room, except for the bathroom.

The hotel is very pleasant to stay in. We stayed 4 nights in October 2011. The location next to the park and basilica in a primarily residential area is very positive, as was our sense of security in the neighbourhood. The hotel has a good, reasonably priced restaurant which we used several times. The room was clean and comfortable, and since it overlooked the park, traffic noise was not a concern. Staff of the hotel and restaurant were very helpful. We used bus #14 to get to within 3 blocks of the hotel, coming from Gare Nord, one of Brussels train stations. The metro is also an option although the walk is further. There is a coin laundromat two blocks away from the hotel, and other restaurants are nearby or a few blocks away. My only concern was staff providing maid service seemed unclear as to how many (two) were in the room and left insufficient towels/cups. This was immediately remedied by reception when asked for more. Overall, good service, thanks.

The room was clean. They have a restaurant taverne open up until 1 am. Even though I had booked a single room my book had 4 beds one being double and the room was huge. The hotel was a little bit remote from the main city center and you mostly have to pass a long and dark park at nights if you return late since the bus doesn't come so often. I had to stay at the top floor there were no elevator to the last floor and have never seen anybody from the hotel except the night I checked in and no lobby too. The shower didnt have a hanging appart so it was really difficult to have shower with one hand holding it.

Omg The location!!!!!!!! Do not go there if you are scared of the dark... I'll explain, you have to walk cca 15min through some kind of park with poor street light to get to the nearest metro station! Spooky!

Location was important but the staff were particularly helpful. I had some early starts and could get no breakfast, there wasn't a kettle in the room even to make a cup of tea or coffee

Clean rooms. Contrary to website, the rail station was not close to the hotel. The walk at night is tense if not frightful as there are no lights anywhere walking through the city. Locals were not familiar with the hotel and this added to the frustration. The desk is a cubbyhole with the restuarant, and staff not very knowledgeable of public transportation. Except for the price, it would not have been my first choice.

It´s simple hotel in Brussels for business is ok. Have you need for a few days only. It´s clean and comfortable. Have a bar and restaurant. The place is close to the Beautiful Basilica and in 7 mins metro and 4 mins trams. Too much noise at nights!!!! Every night I heard many sirens of ambulances and police and also people in the street talking. That was not good.

The hotel is in a building that has it's first 2 floors used as a restaurant. One of the guys responsible for the restaurant is responsible for hotel reception also. So you have to get into the hotel through a back-side door, and most of the times there is nobody at the reception (you have to wait, but usually they are helpful). The elevator is really small. The laundry service is very bad (pillows with dirt on them, bedsheets with holes in them) - I think this is externalized though. No breakfast, for a pricey room (maybe because most of Bruxelles is more expensive). I have short hair, yet for the 2 days I've stayed in, on the bathroom floor I could see long hair - clearly the cleaning service is not at it best. Also, it seem really noisy - it's near an intersection, and there is lots of traffic in the morning and late at night. The walls are really thin - one night I've got woken up by my neighbor as she got in (high heels).

The waiters in the evening were very friendly and efficient. The waiter who served us for breakast was grumpy and unaccommodating. The stairs in this hotel are positively dangerous with huge gaps between the bannisters for a child - or adult for that matter to fall through - if you're on the 4th floor you would fall 4 floors to the bottom! The stairs are steep and tiled with a few broken tiles. The lift entrance on our floor was placed precariously near to the stairs so that you had to manouvre carefully so as not to fall down them!
