Nice hotel, very good restaurant on ground floor. Nice and friendly staff

The room is very small, the elevator is really tiny...

I found this hotel to be near the Congress Centre when I first attended the European neurological Societies meeting in 2007.The location in the Park and the proximity to theBasilic of Koekenbeck allow one for jocking and hiking,food in the Restaurant is also excellent,opening up late for the weary travellor until 2 am!

Value for the money. Staff at the lobby and restaurant very friendly. We had to stay for a night for family reason, and we were perfectly satisfied with this hotel.

The bathroom was clean but a simple curtain would have been usefull when taking à shower and avoid spreading water all around!:-)

Hotel is value for money.

Unfortunately the hotel is exactly adjacent to street lights which bleep everytime the pedestrian crossing is on. Forget it if you intend to rest in your room during the day. The sound is very frustrating. I could hear it incessantly despite being on the 4th floor.

It was so cold and the heater was out of order.

Just we are in the room on the top, and it is a little bit colt...but with the heater it can be ok

Omg The location!!!!!!!! Do not go there if you are scared of the dark... I'll explain, you have to walk cca 15min through some kind of park with poor street light to get to the nearest metro station! Spooky!

The staff is freindly cooperative ,the room is clean , the location is not far from tam station and even can go to city center about 40 mintues walk , nice veiw

Contrary to website, the rail station was not close to the hotel. The walk at night is tense if not frightful as there are no lights anywhere walking through the city. Locals were not familiar with the hotel and this added to the frustration. The desk is a cubbyhole with the restuarant, and staff not very knowledgeable of public transportation. Except for the price, it would not have been my first choice.

The hotel is very pleasant to stay in. We stayed 4 nights in October 2011. The location next to the park and basilica in a primarily residential area is very positive, as was our sense of security in the neighbourhood. The hotel has a good, reasonably priced restaurant which we used several times. The room was clean and comfortable, and since it overlooked the park, traffic noise was not a concern. Staff of the hotel and restaurant were very helpful. We used bus #14 to get to within 3 blocks of the hotel, coming from Gare Nord, one of Brussels train stations. The metro is also an option although the walk is further. There is a coin laundromat two blocks away from the hotel, and other restaurants are nearby or a few blocks away.

My only concern was staff providing maid service seemed unclear as to how many (two) were in the room and left insufficient towels/cups. This was immediately remedied by reception when asked for more. Overall, good service, thanks.

Nice room. Excellent treatment in reception. I would like to detach a spanish speaking manager. Good location for city trips. Quite good value for money.
