The breakfast was fair. Very very poor internet access. Neighborhood seemed to be in transition downward. Hotel and building was rundown and in need of paint, carpet, etc. Staff was not a lot of help in providing information about Brussels. |

I loved my stay in this hotel. It's clean, quiet and centrally located. There is no real window in my room, the door is actually the window. At night ,it was a bit hot. |

Hotel staff, hotel atmosphere, breakfast, wifi internet, fast computer, nice view, close to city center, room size, hot-cold water, price I really could not find anything. Everything was awesome. I will certainly come to this hotel again. |

They had wifi and tv in the room. The area of the city (and even the hotel itself) seemed a little shady as a solo woman traveler. The staff wasn't overly helpful and the light in my bathroom didn't work. |

Only the breakfast Many of the room facilities listed by you were lacking. Most distressing was the lack of air conditioning and tea-making facility, but there was no iron, hairdryer or workdesk as specified - not even a wardrobe. My room was on the 3rd floor and the lift was out of action. There was never any hot water and the reception desk was generally unmanned. |

The atmosphere was friendly, informal and very laid-back. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the location superb. The modular bathroom was cramped, claustrophobic and very user-unfriendly. In particular the push-button, fixed-head shower was totally impractical. |

Best thing was the continental breakfast buffet - quality, variety, plenty of it, interesting atmosphere. And the cafe at the front sells the best savoury pancakes! Location is good too - walking distance from Midi station and centre, flea market in the square every day. |

This is a cheap, well located and functional hotel. You get what you pay for! Short walk to the centre of Bruxelles and the area is surrounded by cafes and lots happening. An excellent breakfast and friendly staff. We used it during a business meeting in Bruxelles and would definitely use it again. Market every weekend, be careful parking on the market square... A few things did't work in the room we were in but at the price then that could be expected! |

Hotel stuff are very nice, there has warm & home feeling when you back to hotel. Most of time is help yourself, I like freedom and natural. A bit noise at night be coz there is a restaurant under the hotel. |

First, chosen for proximity to Eurostar station and wirhin reasonable distance of the centre. The triple room was very clean and beds comfortable. The staff very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing and not clinically formal like most hotels. The Continental brealfast was tasty and the coffee superb. Plus a relaxing slightly bohemian atmosphere in the dining area with interesting collections of 40's memorabilia on the walls. The small dining patio looking onto the square is a plus, and the antiques and bric a brac stalls outside are fascinating. We liked the area, a bit like Portobello Road in London before it became expensive,. We caught a bus into the centre of Brussels and a taxi back at night. An enjoyable stay and although we don't visit Brussels often would stay here again. |

The worst vale for money I have ever experienced. The room was in a backyard annex. To reach the annex you use a back door that leads to a disgusting junk place. Then, you pass through an open-air courtyard full of garbage. The annex is not finished yet. You step on the concrete and walls have no painting. There is no lift. The room door lock was not working properly. |

The hotel i located within walking distance from downtown Brussels. The personnell was very friendly. Althoug I had checked out in the morning I could sit and work in the lunch room most of the day. Room standard is OK in relationship to the price. |

This place is a scam. They make you pay before you see your room then refused a refund when we left for another hotel. |

The breakfast and the small bar next door were great. Cool Belgian comic prints framed in the room. It feels like you are part of Brussels instead of staying in the tourist area. The room, while clean, was a bit tired. The night watchmen who checks you in after 19:00 was unenthusiastic but not rude. While staying in a non-tourist area can be a plus, it also felt like I stuck out a bit too. Not any fault of the the hotel but something I noticed. |

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The building itself seemed safe and the two rooms I stayed in were clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was good. The location was great during the day, with a huge flea market and cafes all around the square. However at around five o'clock, when the flea market is closed, most of the restaurants and cafes close as well making the area feel a bit deserted. My mother found the area a bit seedy and to far away from the main attractions. |
