Location in main square. The owners are making an effort to refurbish. Room had a funny smell to it. Bed was hard.

The location There was no-one around when checking out so we left our key and wandered around Ypres - returned twice to check out - still noone around. At the third attempt, a man was there who admitted he had overcharged my credit card by 5 Euros and very quickly gave me a 5 euro note. I wonder what would have happened had I not been determined to persevere and check out personally!!!! Reputation ruined for 5Euros!

This place is a little 'gem' in Ypres. The staff were kind, courteous and very considerate. For our group, the location was perfect and the facilities, including the inclusive breakfast, were just what we wanted. Highly recommended.

Great location with friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. A good base for exploring Ypres and surrounding areas. Free wifi is nice touch.

situation couldn't have been better. It was quiet, and the bar was authentic. The service was first rate, the owner was very efficient getting us the wifi code in no time. Using coffee filter machines to make tea was a bit of a fiddle- why not a kettle?

Great value 70 euros half board for 3 was amazing and being a resturant the dinner was basic but good spit roast chicken and chips, breakfast basic but filling Bit cramped and bunk beds wobbly common areas tired

Very friendly staff & homely atmosphere. rooms were good with adequate facilities.Excellent location ,on the edge of market square & convenient parking for 50c per hr ( day time).This is the 2nd time we have stayed here & are likely to return.l

Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and excellent location. Just right for what we wanted to do. Parking awkward as there was a fair on the town square but as we had taken a wrong turn we ended up in the nearest car park to the hotel anyway!

Location is excellent, directly in the town square. Fast internet connection. The breakfast room was nice. The room and bathroom need a renovation, the carpeting was old and the bathroom was tiny and worn out.

The location was excellent, right on the square. Beds were good and comfy, breakfast was good with rolls, croissant, cheese, jams,etc. Friendly owner. You get what you pay for. Room we had was a bit tired and could use a new carpet. Room on second floor from friends was just renewed

Hotel was in the best location ever, very close to all attractions. We booked in with a dog and didnt expect too much, but found the room very clean and adequate and the breakfast was excellent we also had the evening meal and this was great too. would stay again !

Very friendly and helpfull staff with an excellent location right in the centre of town giving good value for money. Admittedly it was not the most up to date in decor but we did not mind as it was all respectable. I believe they are slowly renovating all the rooms...
