L'habitació era molt gran i amb vistes al centre històric de la ciutat, impressionant! Vam fer la reserva per una habitació doble, però sembla que estava tot ple i ens van donar la suite per passar una nit. |

The hotel was very centrally located. A part from the girl at reception when we checked in who was not at all helpful, all the staff were very pleasant. There was a problem with overbookings at the hotel which we were advised about the week before via a telephone call from the General Manager of the hotel and we were put in the Novotel for the first night of a two night stay. We were given an upgrade at the NH Gent and were charged half the room rate as the upgrade we got was not the one promised. We also got a bottle of wine and chocolates so they did do the best they could under the circumstances. |

Excellent location within easy reach of all major attractions, shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. |

Large room with sofa, large,very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Very central location (but peaceful). Excellent breakfast. Reception staff very helpful. No problems at all, though parking was a bit expensive. |

Excellent location, onsite parking, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room. Offer of reduced room rate for return visit. 15 euros is possibly a little expensive for one nights parking, but carpark was safe, heated and right under hotel. |

It a good location and the breakfast choice was very good. An extra bonus was the car park below the hotel. We stayed in room 101 and the noise from the bar ouside which didnt close till 5.30 in the morning and noise from the hotel reception and bar kept us awake. The rooms were very warm at night and unable to have window open due to bar outside and the air con did not cool the room down. |

Stylish, comfortable, The internet connection is flaky and too expensive. The helpdesk for the internet provider just speaks French. This makes Belfort not really suited for business travelers |

Excellent central location and modern fresh feel in foyer area. Great colours, great bar area and relaxing. Front desk staff who checked us in was plain rude, cold and unwelcoming. Bathroom tiles around bath and shower area need an industrial clean, basic cleaning products and scrubbing would not be enough. It was pretty bad. Roo was very nice and reception staff who checked us out was lovely. |

Great room with massive bed, very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. the food on room service, and we were offered a wakeup call the day we were leaving and didnt get it and nearly missed our flight. but it all got resolved. |

Modern spacious bedroom. Excellent breakfast although quite expensive. Good location for seeing what Gent had to offer. When I booked it I thought it had a spa and sauna. Unfortuately it only had a gym and sauna. I was looking forward to relaxing in a spa. Perhaps they would consider this as an addition. |

Everything was excellent except awful chandelier overhead. The chandelier overhead is like metal coffin. It was slightly unpleasant. May be, I did not understand designer's idea. |

The hotel staff is overall friendly and the rooms are comfortable and proper. Furthermore the location within the historic city centre is excellent, with allright access to public transport facilities. The pricing seemed a bit out of touch with reality here and there (breakfast, internet access). Quality and selection of breakfast was somewhat lacking. |

spend not so many hours in the hotel but location and breakfast , a bit tooexpensive , were great. not really , maybe some maintenance on the shower !!! |
