location, staff were cheerful & friendly, breakfast was excellant we booked a double room & got a twin, this would have been ok with the beds pushed together but everytime you moved the bed went across the room, pillows ended up down the back of the bed on the floor |

The hotel location was excellant, we both really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was also superb, wide variety of choice! Really enjoyed our time in Gent Hotel Bar prices little expensive |

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed and comfortable. We were surprised at the large number of bus tours visiting but realise that these days you will rely more and more on such income. |

The hotel was beautiful. The corner of hotel (where the restaurant is situated) is a typical Gentish historic building, but it's very tastefully attached to brand new building which wraps around it. We booked a standard room which was a reasonable rate, then were offered an upgrade into an "executive" room for an extra 20 euros which we did. The executive room was well worth the money. |

A really excellent hotel and a great location right in the centre of town. Great value for money and a lovely modern environment. We upgraded to a deluxe room for a small supplement and were not disappointed. Beautiful spacious bedroom, fantastic bathroom and all the extras that you would expect from a hotel with a higher star rating. Staff were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. |

Excellent location - close to historical centre. Good selection of food at breakfast. Room comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities replaced very late in day and cups were not very clean. |
