The location is quite good. It shouldn't be 3 star hotel. I think only 2 or 1 star. The room is very small for three people. Television doesn't work. Water is not hot enough. Breakfast is poor.

It was 6 minute walk to the Grand Place, the staff was willing to help, not very expensive, very good breakfast. Very quite zone, although it was in the centre.I Will definetely stay again here, if I vist Brussels. It was difficult to find it, we were coming from Midi station, that it is 10 minute walk, but we needed almost one hour, the taxi didnt take us, because of the short distance. Before going call the hotel so they give you instructions, or take the taxi directly from the airport.

Le petit déjeuner en arrivant a l'hôtel on m'informe qu'il n y a plus de place!!!! alors que j'avais ma réservation en poche !!!!!!!!! la personne de la réception m'a invité à partir dans un autre hôtel situé en dehors de la ville!!!!!!! j'ai refusé et j'ai demandé qu'ils m'offrent, au meme prix, une autre chambre dans un hôtel 3 étoile proche du metro bourse. après une heure d'attente on m'a finalement donné ma chambre dans l'hôtel George V tout en m'expliquant que ils sont sympa et ils ont décidé de "me dépanner" !!!!!!!!!! le deuxième soir, en rentrant a l'hôtel, il n y avait plus de clefs pour rentrer dans notre chambre....on nous a offert à la place, la clefs de service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le personne peut accueillant, la chambre fort petite, détails à revoir (câbles de la télé qui traînent par terre...), des cheveux dans la salle de bains... Bref peu mieux faire !!!!

οι πολύ στενοί χώροι του δωματίου και της τουαλέτας. επίσης, ήταν κακοδιατηρημένο και οι τοίχοι στο ταβάνι του δωματίου είχαν υγρασία.

Suhteellisen edullinen lähellä ydinkeskustan turistikohteita. Aamiainen niukahko, mutta riittävä - sämpylää, muroja, jogurttia. Vähän rähjäinen ja epäsiisti, mutta ei kuitenkaan mitenkään saastainen. ääNieristykset eivät kummoisia.

Lo mejor es su situación en la ciudad, en una calle muy tranquila y muy cerca de la Bolsa y la Grand Place. La habitación triple era grande así como el baño pero la moqueta estaba muy sucia (no solo manchas, también polvo acumulado), de los dos enchufes que había debajo de la mesa uno estaba arrancado y con los cables por fuera. Al ir a acostarnos me dí cuenta que mis sábanas estaban manchadas. Baje y hablé con el conserje, me cambio las sábanas diciéndome que esas manchas no se iban pero que las sábanas estaban limpias. De los enchufes y la moqueta paso, no hizo nada al respecto en los tres días que estuvimos.

No me gustó. Un mal servicio, por el cual pagamos demasiado. El único personal que atendía a toda hora era un señor adusto, con actitud cortante, con casi todos los huéspedes, excepto con unas jovencitas con quienes se lo veía atento y servicial. No había agua caliente a la mañana cuando queríamos bañarnos. La habitación no tenía vasos, toallas de mano, tuvimos que conectar nosotros el minibar, el desayuno era apenas satisfactorio, la mucama no limpió el piso a pesar de que se veían migas en la alfombra.

Una topaia sarebbe stata migliore.Sporco (mia figlia è stata assalita dalle pulci), personale inqualificabile, dotazioni infime (il lavandino faceva da comodino), insomma fate meglio a cancellarlo dall'elenco degli alberghi. Non è un albergo a tre stelle ma a tre stalle!Dovreste vergognarvi di annoverarlo tra I vostri hotel.

E' stato piacevole muoversi al centro della città di Brussel e partecipare alla vita presente e mutevole nel suoi punti importanti, soprattutto nella Grand Place e nelle strade vicine;questo è stato possibile per la vicinanza e la tranquillità delle strade che conducono all'hotel. E' una struttura che merita un piano di ristrutturazione e di adeguamento più moderno e confortevole.

la posizione dell'hotel consente di raggiungere facilmente il centro ed i servizi di trasporto principali (fermata metro Bourse a 5 minuti a piedi) la manutenzione e' carente, le camere ed i servizi sono davvero obsoleti.

Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko stacji metra, w pobliżu "zagłębia pubów", przy dość cichej jednokierunkowej ulicy, niedaleko "serca Brukseli" czyli Grand Place. Mikroskopijna wielkość pokoju jednoosobowego, skromne wyposażenie, niezbyt czysto.

Je n'ai pas aimé du tout, le gérant était mal élevé, le personnel du soir ne savais pas comment agir même si gentil; j'ai payé 200 euros en avance pour 4 nuits mais je suis resté 2 et en plus en partant avant 11 heures du 29/1 on m'a fait quand même payer une troisième nuit (le réglement disait qui si on partait avant 11.30H on payait pas la nuit suivante!!); donc je suis très insatisfaite!! Même chose qu'au dessus et je vais sûrement demander le remboursement de la nuit que j'ai payé sans y rester.

“The hotel was small, but really good. Firstly, it is situated in the center of Brussel (it took about 10 minutes walk to the Grand Place). Secondly, the room was really cosy (it was small, but all necessary things were there). Also the design was very cool. And the bed very comfortable. Also I can't but mention breakfast.
