Why is this a three star hotel?! - The rooms stink. - The shower is just disgusting. - The bed is uncomfortable. - The sheets are not clean. - The plates and the cups on the breakfast table were dirty. ... Again I can't believe this is a three star hotel...
Near the beer
No internet in room!
Position close to the city centre and good price. If you only need a bed were to sleep and a private toilette, and you are a person without big expectations, this can be a good solution.
The room and the toilette were very small, the building quite hold, the breakfast poor. The television and the wi-fi were not working. In the toilette was missing the main light.
Great location, near at the center of the city and near metro station. Maps available. Very cheap.
-When we arrived and we asked for our room they told us to remove to their second hotel (which was 10 min away by car) while our reservation was for that hotel. We explained them that our reservation was booked due to the location of the hotel and we couldnt go to a place where we had no idea where it was, finally they achieved to find a room for us! This was unpolite and so unreliable because we could have run out of room in a foreign country. -Our room was at the third flat were we had no wi-fi access and this was very important for us because we couldn't communicate with our country. - The staff exept one guy, was unpleasant to help. - The building was too old and we could hear everything from other rooms and other flats, for example:people walking. - the hole building had an unpleasant and really disgusting smell of mold.
To check water in th the bathroom
I don't like the pillow and duvet
It is close city center
This hotel is very old electricity is broken the lift is no conform There are a very high risk of fire This hotel is very dangerous They said it is 3 stara but for me the level is very bad and without star
Close from center. Cheap. Breakfast ok if included in price.
Little old, would need an update.
They didnt have wifi
Rooms did not look like the pictures. There was no wifi in the rooms, i was moved to another room where there was constant disruption through people entering late at night into the hotel. Breakfast was a little concerning as I jad seen the pastries out the night before. The first room I had had light fitings pulled out and the carpets were stained as was the bathroom.
Online reservation without cost and easy. Good location and breakfast included. Reasonably clean.
I asked for separated bedrooms but had one big instead. Also a funny dusty smell in the bedroom.
One helpful member of staff at reception and breakfast.
When I arrived ,the credit card machine 'didn't work',according to the girl on reception. She wanted me to pay in cash. This is unacceptable. The machine worked later in the day,so I got my cash back and paid by card.
Comfortable bed Staff welcoming and ready to help
No free wifi No air conditioned Shower was in a poor condition
Friendly staff, close to metro and tram even close to centre by foot
There is no wifi , i wanted to use for one night but they wanted 9 euro for password! The bathroom is so narrow you cant move. The paint of the room is in so bqd condition.
Very friendly and cooperative staff. Good value for money. Good location. Quite neighborhood.
Great staff very helpful. Value for money breakfast

I got bitten off something through the night which left me with horrible itchy bumps on my left leg..... Yuk!!! :(
silence at night, nothing disturbing, very good value for the money
shower bath not so great
male night clerk was responsive, and moved us to another room still diidn't rate 3 stars
hotel should be rated minus 1 star at best room #203 totally un-acceptable. bathroom: broken floor tiles (liability) shower rusted, toilet barely flushed, roomlights hanging from wall sockets with exposed electric wires, torn wallpaper, one electric outlet
Good location Friendly stuff Clean and change linen every day Very good value for the money.
Old building Noise from the upper room steps and snoring.
The room was destroyed!wc was broken as the bed and everything in the room! NEVER GO THERE!
Very good breakfast. Very good location - only 5min walk from Grand-Place. Clean not small rooms.
I had to wait exactly 45min for the administrator for check-in. They loose my time! It was very stupid surprise - €9 for using Wi-Fi. Part of the staff didn't speak any English. Also they turned off central heating and when we came back to the room at night it was cold. They tryed to charge my card with €5 just for authorisation. They coudn't. Isn't it too much? This is the reason I had to check-in in early morning because they told me they will wait me until 5pm
That we could leave after one night. Location was good tho.
It was well rubbish. so dirty and disgusting room. Hair on the bed, shower i wont even start... not worth staying.
tinny room, bathroom to small for a sink which was placed in the room close to the bed. cold in winter. No tv, no credit card terminal
