Hotel Albert II Oostende  

It was accessable for the town, the breakfast was good and staff freindly

Room 131. While the bed was clean, the room itself was dark and dinjey not up to standard for the price. The carpet was stained and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, there was plug sockets loose on the wall, holes in the wall where an old bracket had been removed, bedside lamp was full of dust and light attachment broken, the door handle came off but was fixed when notified. Our friends were in room 321 which was the complete oposite, clean light and airy. I would not recommend that hotel and more than likey not stay there again. I believe this is meant to be a 3 star hotel - I would argue that point

We stayed at The Hotel Albert 11 Ostende as we were travelling back from UK . It is situated right in the middel of Ostend in an excellent location for shops and restaurants. It is clean and the breakfast was very good. There is no parking facilities and parking is difficult however if you find a street spot it is free over night then 1.50€ for two hours The Car parks are expensive 21€ per night

We really enjoyed our stay at Albert and would tell friends and family abot it. We are als planning to retrun next christmas

Close to all local facilites staff friendly and helpful.

Roms require more up dated decor. Parking was expensive as hotel did not provide and the place where we parked was not close to hotel. As we would like, shower area in the family room was not up to standard as the water went all over the floor . which could lead to a bad accident if young and older people using. In addtion we had to use loads of towels to mop up the water which was not good for the environment. .

Offered good value and was clean and tidy and in a very good location,i would stay there again

The fact that it was central. The breakfasts were good . the linen and bathroom were clean.Altho there was a fairground situated very close by while we were there. It was not heard in the hotel. This is not a permanent feature.

Beware The lift sometomes didn't work so on the 3rd floor this was tiring for a pensioner !! The dining area where you pick your food up was very crowded on the Saturday morning we were there. There is no parking around the hotel. These are not complaints but observations. Our complaint about our door being left unlocked all day went to the management.

No problems and comfortable enough. Value for money.

Aprt from problems with hot water in our room, the hotel was OK, not outstanding but in a good location

We liked the fact they catered for large families. Our room was very spacious and the beds were very comfy.

We were dissapointed that there wasnt a car park, and so it cost us an extra 22 euros to park the car for the night.
