L'habitació estava molt bé. El lobby amb el PIano és un espai que està molt bé per relaxar-se. L'hotel està molt bé situat. El preu de l'esmorçar és una mica car. |

Great hotel with an impressive lobby, an efficient staff, nicely designed rooms and many services. Why should it be so hard to see a TV channel, almost harder than to see adult movies? More importantly, the room (127) was not soundproof at all against running badwater and talking from the neigbours. |

Fitness centre, helpfull staff, excellent room, proximity for city centre. Internet access costly, one poor meal in Poppi's bar, may be one off, Belgian stew meat like bullets! |

The beautiful location, luxury interior of the building, quiet rooms, the clientèle (no childeren, no noisy people), very nice room interior (great beds) 1 unpolite young guy serving at breakfast, constant strange parfum everywhere in the hotel. |

This is a top notch, well located hotel. The appointments are typical of a high end hotel i.e. down comforter, pillows, flat screen tv, modern bath. Service was excellent. Resturaunt was very good. Service staff was also excellent. Private parking, at a cost, at the hotel. This is a modern hotel so there is no old world charm to it. Even so, I would stay there again for sure. |

Fabulous location in the heart of the historical section and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff very keen to please. Breakfast prices are very high, however, this seems to be the case all over Belgium. If possible, have it included in your price. |

The staff at the reception was very courteous. I enjoyed the spectacular contrast between the medieval Korenlei and the bright, modern, spacious lobby area. The rooms are very tasteful, spacious and comfortable, particularly the desk chair! View from my first floor room was not great; I found having to use the room key in the elevator and for electricity in the room unusual and a bit annoying... but these are minor complaints. |

Excellent location, could not have been better. I liked the design and the atrium space. Bedroom was well furnished and comfortable, also quiet. Well trained staff. I could not fault it. |
