Very peaceful, close to the city, good space in the room No tea making faciities in the room and very expensive breakfast (did not seem worth having when there are open air cafes in the town with better views) |

Breakfast was rather good! Location was perfect! The room we were given was under a massive generator that made a very annoying buzzing noise non-stop. As a result, it was very hard to sleep at night and even harder to watch the TV. The pillows and matresses were dreadful. There was a funny smell in the bathroom. |

Location was good The room was reserved as part of a special 'romatic getaway package' however there were several things included in the package that were not arranged so I had to follow up after check-in, ie champagne, surprise gift etc. Also the deluxe room had two single beds.....which for an advertised romantic package didn't really make sense or match the purpose of the room! |

Situated centrally, all places of interest in Ghent are in walking distance The room was not really clean, table and lamps quite dusty; 20€ per day for WLAN are absolutely not up to date, especially for a business hotel |

The location was very good for most things, easy walking distant to all sites and the shops and eating places, which were many. The people were very nice and friendly and helpful. Room's quite roomy and kept clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast and good choice to eat. Nice courtyard if you wanted to sit out and read the paper or book's. The river view was dissappointing which looked out over derelict warehouses, which doesnt show on the leaflet. |

Friendly, central, comfortable. Room all clean on arrival, next day towels were removed and they did not replace them with new ones, we had to ask at reception and then they only had small towels to give us. Shower gel was not replenished and between two people it soon ran out. Charging 9 Euros to use the sauna! |

We went shopping and to a museum. Also we went to the city to eat. The breakfast at Sunday was not good. Some products were not there anymore and I missed the fruit. |

The central position is excellent. We asked for a quiet room and we have been pleased. Good large buffet breakfast. The room was maybe too small and not very cared/cleaned. |

Quiet Too warm - couldn't work out how to use the thermostat to reduce the temperature in the room. Unable to control the volume on the TV to make it slightly louder. |

Sorry, but we had a very bad experience. We asked for a room in a quiet location when booking and repeated this when checking in. The room was beautiful but was located on 1st floor overlooking street + car-park. It was in original part of building so had 3 huge stained-glass windows (so no double glazing) and inadequate heating. We spent a totally sleepless night 'cos of noise (drunken revellers? |

Location, Ambience, Breakfast Room and staff there Although a no smoking room, the room we were given reeked of smoke. It was impregnated into the furnishings and fabric of the room. Despite nu,erous requests to have something done about it such as a thorough clean and fresh pillows, quilt etc. nothing was done. Out of desperation we resorted to burning fragranced candles to disgiuse the smell! Such a shame. |
