The design of the room was creative and the staff was helpful when we asked for information It is not so close to the metro station. One day we did not have hot water and our view was the emergency stairs of the hotel. |

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was exceeding polite and helpful. The room was spacious and kept very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower had strong pressure and the tub was large so I could take a bath at night before going to bed. The air conditioning and TV both worked fine. The breakfast was a little bit expensive (18 euros), but the quality of the breakfast was very good, so I didn't even mind that. I really can't think of anything negative! |

Comfortable and spacious room: crispy clean, new furniture, modern equipment. The location is perfect for traveling: right at the side door of the Central Station. The area used to be cheesy, yet has been clearly given a lot of attention in the recent years. It is fine now. The old city center can still be reached by a slow walk. Excellent experience! |

We could not fault the location and service in this nicely appointed hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. This hotel is definitely four star rating however what amazed us was the lack of sufficient coffey, tea and suger provided, whilst everything was of superb standing. |

The guy at the frontdesk was very welcoming, he explained where everything was in the hotel, and how we could get to the city centre, room was very clean, looked good, nice view. We also enjoyed the (cheap, €6,-) cocktails in the sky bar. We did not take the breakfast as we found the price (€18/meal) too high, so we had breakfast in a restaurant right next to the hotel, with bio products, has a very nice breakfast for a lower price. We stayed 2 nights, first night we had some tea and hot chocolate on the room (there's a small boiler and 2 teabags, 2 instant coffee and 2 hot chocolates), next day the housekeeping did not clean up the dirty cups, and didn't refill the teabags. |

The location was amazing! It was literally right outside of the main train station. And the beds were super comfortable as well and really big for two people. We really enjoyed our stay! |

Excellen location next to the Central Station, spacious, comfortable, clean room (tea and coffee in room). For the special rate of 80 EUR for a double room - excellent. Paid internet - unbelievable for this kind of hotel. Although it´s not expensive I think that it´s bad for the image of the/any hotel. |

the design and appearance of the hotel. the convenience to the gare. the breakfast was way too expensive. Brugge and Amsterdam include free breakfast. Also no way to use a single bedsheet rather than the heavy quilt provided. Overall good experience however. |

Very new and modern hotel near Antwerp station. Did not have breakfast there as there are plenty of places that serve breakfast nearby. Parking was convenient and getting to the hotel was very easy |

It was very central and the rooms were very comfortable The breakfast was poor and understaffed. Not good value for the 18 euro charged. The bar was non existent. Just a corner of the restaurant. |

Positive points......Charming staff. Comfortable bed. Upgrade to balcony room. Fridge and electric jug. Location convenient if a bit shabby [although obviously up and coming] A good comfortable hotel...provided you don't want to read in bed with ease. Negative point......It took 2 days of asking various people to get a new bulb for the bedside reading lamp!!!!!!!! |

got a free upgrade to junior suite with balcony and sun in the afternoon. system was down so we had free breakfast in bed and beers in the afternoon. system was down, therefore could not listen to music we preferred |

Very comfortable modern rooms, good location right by the station - about 15 mins walk from the old town. Very nice breakfast if a bit expensive at 18 Euro pp. Could do with a fitness centre, convenient but expensive parking. |
