Location, cleanness, newly built There was almost nothing left for breakfast at 9:15. They have to refresh regularly. A big disappointment for a breakfast that was charged 18 euro. |

Good location, quality of the rooms, breakfast. The hotel is rather new. The in-room safe had not been supplied with batteries yet and therefore could not be used. A request to fix this problem was not immediately responded to. I'm sure such details will become better with a little more experience. |

Nice new clean looking hotel, good size room double room had 2 single beds pushed together so there was the dreaded gap to fall into - and there was only one normal teabag and one cammomile, so a couple can't have a cup of tea unless one of them drinks the cammomile! small complaint but annoying! Also, hotel claims to be in Antwerp Centre - it's actually a 25 minute walk from, the centre. |

Location The breakfast is too expensive. Problems with check-out - the telephone rates calculated incorrectly (at a rate of over €2 per hour) and had to be recalculated by hand - it seemd like some business people don't check their bills and the hotel get away with it! |

Received bad advice from one operative concerning the openinh hours of a museum which led to the waste of a good part of our last day in Antwerp. Staff seemed unconcerned about what we had to put up with - there was a tram strike so we walked to a museum that was closed. |

Really nice room, Comfortable beds and modern facilities. Had a good sleep. Kind of removed from center of town at end of a long train station. Reception desk seemed snobby for a big hotel and less friendly . Also a bit disinterested. Lots of construction going on in front and mid afternoon check in time. Lots of inconveniences for the money. Expected better service, location and nicer experience. |

brand new rooms, nicely decorated. Comfortable. no room fridge, internet was difficult and expensive. |
