Good value hotel, reasonable price for quality. Well situated. Quiet, stylish. Fine rooms with excellent beds. Excellent organic bakery next door. Difficult getting to the room when there's a group of 20+ people using the (very small) lifts with lots of luggage. Also, we noted many "weirdos" hanging about in front of the hotel on the square and under the railway bridge. Wouldn't go out there at night...... Finally: the hotel looked much nicer in reality then on the photo in the website that we used for the booking.

I stayed in the hotel on a week end 2011. Very nice, modern, clean hotel. Nice hotel room with a nice bath room. The hotel is only three years old. It is situated in the city. Walking distance to shoping, museums etc. The hotel does not have a garage of its own but there is a public garage in the very near with places for the hotel guest.

The hotel was very much what I expected, based on the description and pictures on the Booking.com website. Staff very friendly, rooms comfortable. I asked (in my online booking) for a room near the top of the hotel with a good view and they paid attention to this and gave me one with a stunning view. Because this is a new build hotel, they have been able to provide good sound insulation -- so no noise at all from other guests or the nearby train station. My only annoyance is the high fees for internet access. (It seems fairly standard in the hotel industry, especially they higher end of the market, to rip guests off in this way.) I can understand hotels wanting to make money by charging high prices for breakfast, drinks at the bar, etc., but wifi is such a basic requirement these days, and so cheap to provide, that it really should be standard across the hotel industry to provide free access, or at least a low, per-day (rather than per-hour) charge.

Good modern hotel just near the Central station, parking is very close to the hotel, elevator from the parking brings you right to the doors. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and convinient. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the center. There are teapot and some tea and coffee in the room, a fridge (minibar), good hairdryer. Breakfast is good, but it costs 18 euro - I'm not sure it's worth it. There were no toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel in our room, I think they had simply forgot to bring all these. Also there were only two bottles of water in minibar. Room service is till 10 pm. But all these didn't spoil our vacation, the hotel is realy nice, I was sorry that I couldn't stay there longer.

The design of this hotel is lovely. So cool but warm and comfortable! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is located just outside the back door of the central station which is great if you travel by train like we did. They gave us lots of information about the city and a free map which was very nice. Also you get free drinks in the fridge in the room(if you have a bottle opener) coke, fanta and water. The hotel is super if you don't mind a walk to the main attractions! It more then makes up for the less then ideal location by being a gorgeous hotel that surpasses the more central hotels for the same price. Ok first thing. I asked for a bath in the bathroom but... No bath. The shower was really nice though and actually I didn't miss the bath much anyway. Secondly, I knew the location really wasn't perfect but I booked anyway because it was the same price as other more central more unpleasant hotels. The first day I didn't mind the walk at all but when you are walking back late at night, after the new years celebrations at the port, and your feet hurt and your tired and cold, then you really notice the distance and maybe wish that you had booked one of the 3 stars near the docklands.

Everything was nicely arranged as agreed. Excellent location in city centre of Antwerp and very close to Antwerp Central Train Station. Hotel is a very nice building. Tip: there is a Le Pain Quotidien nearby at your right side leaving the lobby. For 9,95 euro you can enjoy a lovely breakfast! Just do it.

Just next to, or almost belonging to the Antwerp Central station, but the calmer side. Easy to access and confortable. Room is spacious and clean. Sauna was not ready to use in the evening; better to book if you have really limited time to use.

The hotel is very nice, very close to the Central Station and the city center which is very convenient. The room was perfectly clean and nicely furnished. Great value for money. Breakfast is too expensive. A pity that there was not real double bed and double blanket, just 2 single beds put next to each others (although we asked for a double bed).

Definitely value for money. It's located just to the left of the southern exit of the train station so it's perfect for those who just want to stay for a night or two. The room is clean and spacious and we got a good view of the city from the 5th floor.

Disappointed that the cocktail bar was closed for the winter period - We didn't think the end of Sept was the end of summer. No notice on the booking that this was closed.

A very comfortable hotel with excellent views over the city and good parking in a public underground car park next to the hotel. Interesting location next to the train station in the 'diamond area'. Close to main shopping areas. A short walk from the car park to the hotel(with luggage) but in poor weather it could be annoying. Some distance from 'old' Antwerp but close to main shopping area.

The rooms were very hood, very suitable for small children. The location of the hotel was excellent next to the Central Station, close to the Zoo, close to the shopping center and close to the Keizerlei with terrasses and restaurants.. We were shocked by the food and the treatment in the restaurant. We got a bowl of moldy cheese with our soup, another soup missed the promised smoked chicken and one coke was very warm.. I have never experienced such a bad treatment of the staff in a restaurant, unfriendly with no attention for the guests. So when you go to this hotel avoid the restaurant. .
