the colors of the hotel and the minimalistic style some not all of the staff was not very polite , I would say indifferent , which does not make a good impression |

New / Modern hotel, but it is not sure if it is a Budget hotel or a Business hotel. There is no hotel information (brochure / guide) in the room (all accessed via TV). The mini-bar is actually a vending machine on the 4th floor. |

besides price I picked th hotle because I needed internet access as I needed to download an important email. The internet did not work and the help tha tI received was poor. As a consequence I will think twice before staying in this hotel again. |

This hotel is brand new and the rooms are quite luxureous and offer a good value for money. Also the location (right behind Antwerp Central Station) is perfect and the staff was very helpfull with providing maps and information about Antwerp. |

I stay here every time in Antwerp. 100% non-smoking and very comfortable, large room with nice bathroom. In-room internet service not as good as it should be for a business hotel: can be very slow, and have had problems connecting during some stays. Limited dining options in neighborhood. About 20-30 minute walk (or taxi) to city center to find good food. |

comfortable large room with extras (hot water boiler, tea & coffee, good beds, and cleanliness room views of office building directly in view... offering a lack of privacy That the location of hotel was under construction and unpleasant to walk after dark... unsafe sensation. Sections poorly lit and obstacles along the way (loose stones, no pavement, cables, pits, muddy etc. I can't recommend this hotel until the construction in the direct vicinity is completely finished. |

Comfortable room, short distance to train station. Room service took 1 hour to arrive, with no apology. The hotel should have free WiFi like Golden Tulips in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. No glasses for the minibar, only plastic cups. |

Wish it been a little closer to the main shopping area of Antwerp and closer to the old centre. I was charged for items from the minibar twice. I paid when I checked out and then was charged again on my VISA account later. |

The food was good and fairly priced. We did not like the location and the price was a little high but that just maybe the usual for that area, wouldn't know we were just passing through and needed a place to stay. |

The decoration is very modern, the room was quite big and the bed really comfortable. The train station next door is under construction so this might annoy some due to the debris that surrounds the main entrance. |

Nice looking room, new and comfortable The wardrobes did not open properly - when I contacted reception about it they said they were going to send someone to fix it, but in fact they did nothing - also the sheets were not changed for 4 days in a row - even though there was a large very visible stain in one of the sheets. As we always came back to the room late, we just wanted to sleep rather than having to call reception. |

modern hotel The bed for a double room should have been a big bed not too beds pushed together. Very uncomfortale for one person. 2 small beds and 2 small blankets. I requested this during my booking online but it has either not reached the hotel staff or they didn't have any other type of rooms at this price. The location was also not so great due to constructions. |

Comfortable rooms. Close to Central station. If breakfast starts at 07.00 then it should be ready at 07.00 and not at 07.15 (happened 2/4 days). I would prefer to have breakfast available from 06.30 What about free Internet? |
