Received bad advice from one operative concerning the openinh hours of a museum which led to the waste of a good part of our last day in Antwerp. Staff seemed unconcerned about what we had to put up with - there was a tram strike so we walked to a museum that was closed.

Really nice room, Comfortable beds and modern facilities. Had a good sleep.

Kind of removed from center of town at end of a long train station. Reception desk seemed snobby for a big hotel and less friendly . Also a bit disinterested. Lots of construction going on in front and mid afternoon check in time. Lots of inconveniences for the money. Expected better service, location and nicer experience.

Close to the station and only a 15 min walk to the main shopping/eating district; nice interior and furnishings.

That you had to pay for music and there wasn't an alternative ie radio. Water wasn't provided in the room.

The room was clean and the bathroom was very modern, but the bed was quite uncomfortable.

There was a great deal of construction around the hotel, and it was not located in a convenient area of the city. Although I indicated that I was the only person staying in the room upon check-in (and when making my reservation on Booking.com), the final bill included two people (as well as two breakfasts for two days). I had to have these items removed from my bill.

The hotel is new, so everything is very comfortable.

The hotel is in a pretty devastated part of town. The parking garage was new and there were a few signs up, but not sufficient. There were many people driving around for 20-30 minutes, trying to find their way out. The hotel didn't have a mini bar.

friendly staff, even the professionality has to be better trained. E.g. when I asked for room service, the employe anwered to me: I have to warn you we charge 15 Euros extra.....

no minibar in the suite, difficult to find etrance of the garage because there are two parallel streets that leed you to the hotel.

The room is great value for money

When my room was cleaned they often left dirty towels and did not remove used shampoo bottles etc.

Beautiful room, stylishly decorated and very quiet.

Two very minor points: a minibar in the room would have been a nice addition. Quality of coffee at breakfast below standard.
