i liked the design of the hotel, the rooms were very comfortable. Despite being next to the train station there was no noise. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly but the service in the bar in the evening was not good. They were not very attentive and you had to work hard to get service. I had the feeling it was under-staffed. |

The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spotless. Staff was nice. The location is good but when we arrived there were some homeless people sitting outside the hotel. Might have been a one time occurence, but it gave me a 'getto' feeling. |

Helpful staff with excellent service, Clean room with comfortable atmosphere, and especially the hotel just locates beside the Antwerpen train station. The room smelt like newly renovated when I just came in the room. The problem was gone after the air-condition turned on. |

Nice Hotel for business trips. The building is centrally located and it is quite modern. It is not charming but it is pretty OK for its main use i.e. sleeping comfortably at a reasonable price. Breakfast not included in the room's rate and quite expensive. Wireless internet NOT free as it should be in a business hotel. |

The decoration and the room are very up to date and inviting. The hotel was next to the train station but there was absolutely no noise during the night. Furthermore, the hotel is situated at a walking distance of the Meir and the Groennplaats |

Very close to central station, modern and luxurious atmosphere. Very nice room with a grand view. The restaurant was very good and the staff is professional and very kind. At least provide free wireless internet in the lobby. The outside entrance is a bit poor. |

The hotel is new and the rooms are rather larger compared to the Golden Tulip in Amsterdam. Although the hotel was near the Central station, it was situated in a somewhat isolated street. The hotel was also somewhat deserted and lacked life and vibrancy. |

My fiancée and I came by train for the weekend to attend a concert. The Golden Tulip is just by the Antwerpen Centraal, which also meant that we could leave our luggage at the hotel during sight seeing Sunday. The room/bathroom was spacious and very clean and the staff serviceminded and friendly. The beds were big and very comfortable. The breakfast (not included) was very good. The view from our room was a bit disapointing (unless you like to look at an office building). |

the colors of the hotel and the minimalistic style some not all of the staff was not very polite , I would say indifferent , which does not make a good impression |

New / Modern hotel, but it is not sure if it is a Budget hotel or a Business hotel. There is no hotel information (brochure / guide) in the room (all accessed via TV). The mini-bar is actually a vending machine on the 4th floor. |

besides price I picked th hotle because I needed internet access as I needed to download an important email. The internet did not work and the help tha tI received was poor. As a consequence I will think twice before staying in this hotel again. |

This hotel is brand new and the rooms are quite luxureous and offer a good value for money. Also the location (right behind Antwerp Central Station) is perfect and the staff was very helpfull with providing maps and information about Antwerp. |

I stay here every time in Antwerp. 100% non-smoking and very comfortable, large room with nice bathroom. In-room internet service not as good as it should be for a business hotel: can be very slow, and have had problems connecting during some stays. Limited dining options in neighborhood. About 20-30 minute walk (or taxi) to city center to find good food. |
