The restaurant served good food until 11.00pm. The waiters were friendly and provided a good service. In two days I had to wait in the hotel reception 1.75 hours for taxis which had been booked the previous night. Six other people were also waiting significant time periods for taxis. The hotel management need to review their relationship with the taxi company. |

Design of the Hotel and room. I also liked free internet access and mini bar. Having said that it sould be clearly stated that mini bar only contains soft drinks. Breakfast buffet require some improvements. Also staff working in the breakfast room needs some training. They do not care of the guests and you need to search for them to get coffee. |

Friendly staff, very comfortable room. Great place to park and stay for airport transfer......if you can find the place. Very difficult driving esp at night. Signage poor, got lost driving from Luxembourg. Internet directions ambiguous. Are you Golden Tulip or Van der Valk???? No signage at hotel door saying Golden Tulip which was what I booked. Wish I'd had a satnav |

Very convenient. Check-in personnel were very friendly and accomodating. Service at restaurant was very poor. Food was good, but the service was exceedingly slow and neglectful. |

All the staff is extremely cheerful and helpful, they really made my life much easier. also the room cleanliness was just perfect. i liked so much the shuttle as it doesn't only go to the airport but also it used to take me to my Company's office. i liked the hotel so much and if i'll ever have the chance to go to Brussels again, i will for sure choose it!! |

Very friendly, rooms were nice sized for Europe, the shuttle took you anywhere in the airport/tech park area, and you are a 400 meter walk to the train station. My room could not get below 25 degrees, and the bed was too hard for my liking. It was a typical European hotel bed. |

Very modern hotel. The booking.com listed an airport shuttle, which is the main reason I booked the hotel. But the shuttle did not run on the weekends, and only limited hours during the week. I waited at the shuttle bus pick up zone for 45 minutes on a Sunday. There was no sign there stating the very limited hours for the shuttle. Booking. |

The comfort and the room had a very nice internet and pay per view movies. The restaurant was excellent but exspensive for breakfast. The receptionist, Carmen, was extremely helpful and courteous! Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would stay there again in the future. No gym or swimming pool. Shuttle service needs to run more often to the airport. The hotel did pay for any taxi costs which was very helpful. |

Clean, chic, ergonomic. I propose to stay if there is a promotion. Staff is untrained. Enviromental work doesn't complete. Need a few time to skip the class. |
