As we were playing golf at Royal Zoute the hotel was perfectly situated just a couple of minutes from the course. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very accomodating and although we didn't have dinner the breakfast was excellent.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk . Kamers in frisse zeekleuren en alle comfort.Badkamers fris ogend , nieuw ingericht . Het ontbijtbuffet overtrof onze verwachtingen en vooral de ober was super charmant. Gratis parking was toch een opsteker.

- L'accueil chaleureux - la chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée avec un goût parfait dans des tons "Mer du Nord"; parquet superbe - le confort des sièges de la salle de petit-déjeuner, le service impeccable - le calme et l'environnement paisible Sur base de nos impressions, nous ne comprenons pas que cet hôtel n'ait pas 4 étoiles.

Het hotel is prima gelegen, dichtbij het centrum en toch rustig. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het water in het bad had een bruine kleur. Dit oogt vies en daarmee verdwijnt dan ook de zin om een bad te nemen.

L'accueil est très chaleureux et la cuisine (petit déjeuner et restaurant) excellente. L'emplacement, en dehors de la foule du Zoute, est idéal pour ceux qui disposent d'un vélo. Les salles de bains sont un peu vétustes.

Nous avons été déçu par le service. Deux matins sur trois passés à l'hôtel, nous avons reçu le café quand le petit déjeuné était presque fini. Une deuxième chose a déploré, c'est le peu de calme de l'hôtel bien qu'il soit éloigné du centre ville et qu'il se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel.

Prettige ontvangst. Kamer werd op initiatief van het hotel "upgraded". We kregen zonder bijbetaling de beste suite. Kregen uitgebreid informatie over Knokke (parkeergelegenheid, winkels, restaurants) Prima verzorgd ontbijt, inclusief gebakken eitje ! Ik zou de badkamer op een of andere manier met een douche faciliteit uitbreiden. Dat zou op eenvoudige wijze kunnen met een douchegordijn en een haakje aan de muur waar de douchekop aan bevestigd kan worden.
