Rooms are acceptable, yet a bit small It is not worth staying there. Everything is too expensive, golf-freaks running around all the time and making a lot of noises. Walls very thin - people above my room were having sex at 2 o'clock in the night which woke me up - not a pleasant experience!!!

The hotel is located in a very nice place, surrounded by big and beautiful gardens. People at the reception were nice. The hotel is not worth it the price you have to pay for the room. The "normal" rate, without discounts, is supposed to be more than 100 euros per night in a double room. That is way too expensive, because there was humidity in the walls of our room, the door to the balcony was completely broken...

Staff of the hotel is extremely friendly. Hotel and specially the surroundings are very nice and clean. We really enjoy our time there. If you are a golfer… perfect place to be. ps: little teddy bear was waiting for my son in the crib as a surprise present :) Pillows are not very comfy I must say. But I have problems with hotel pillows, just too big for me.

Very nice swimming pool and sauna as well. Beautifull surroundings. Great prepared candleholders in the bar during the blackout. Parking too far from the entry for coming visitors - would be fine to let the coming visitors follow some guider to entry and then after check-in, they can park the car on the out-parking. In the bar we have long wait for beer - 15 min without any question from waiter :/

A lovely hotel set in the midst of a golf resort with great facilities. Great welcome and efficient check in. The room was on the small side but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing and the golf course is well maintained and established. The food in the bar was very reasonably priced with a good selection.

backs onto large nature park, with lots of running trails, nice pool area, clean and comfortable rooms, free wifi throughout hotel, close to highways, free parking rooms are small, location is a bit remote, expensive breakfast (16 euros)

All the staff were very efficient, and helpfull, as well as speaking excellent English. The location, although out a little way from the centre of Genk would be ideal for a quiet break. Looking across the golf course during breakfast the scenery was fantastic. I had a problem with them not replying to an e mail until I contacted them again, when they were very helpfull. I also asked them to pre book a taxi for me, but they failed to confirm that they had so I was left wondering if they had or not The taxi was booked, so all in all no real problem

Nice hotel the only issue I had was that my room overlooked the terrace at the rear of the Hotel and it was noisy at night when trying to sleep with guests chatting and laughing etc.If I stayed again I would ask for a room at the front of the Hotel as everything apart from that was excellent top food nice staff and golf course looked OK too. Room at rear of Hotel noisy

The whole staff was very helpfull in time of little difficulties.Very kind and attentive. We received an upgrated room as handicapt person. The normal rooms were a little bit small.There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The noice of wedding parties was disturbing.

Normal nice clean house! Demanding beautiful swimming pool, which is also the perfect size! All the towels in place. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant the food was very good quality and quantity. Fabulously green beauty of the environment for all .. The waiter whispers, pointing to the guests were very saddened. The water was not replaced in the hallway. Early in the morning the grass is cut, unfortunately, already loud.

Mooi hotel, heel rustig gelegen, echt de moeite. De badkamer viel héél klein uit, met 2 volwassenen kan je er onmogelijk in bewegen. De bar van het hotel is verouderd.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden ook een tafel gereserveerd in restaurant "De Kristalijn". Het restaurant was prachtig en het eten en de bediening Subliem. De kamer was klein (wat we op voorhand wisten), heel proper alleen spijtig dat er geen minibar aanwezig was.
