Top quality service & facilities made our stay most enjoyable on our first visit to the city of Brugge. It was ifficult to find the parking/entrance in the narrow one way street.Signage could be improved to asist new arrivals. |

Location is perfect,the design is unique,the atmosphere is classy and luxurious.Spacious and comfortable room.Very good breakfast. There was an unpleasant smell of drainage in the corridors going to the rooms,which is unacceptable for 4stars hotel. |

Overall quality of facilities, quality of room, space in room. Bed was very bad, we could not got proper sleep there. Staff was nice, but not yet what 4 star hotel requires. |

Upscale, clean, and overall very comfortable. Parking spaces too small even for small European cars. Large bed had two small mattresses on top of the foundation, making a seam down the middle, which was uncomfortable. |

We are a family of 4 with 2 older children and had a mezzanine room in the old part of the building. The room itself was amazing, with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Public areas of the hotel are very luxurious and pristine, prices were reasonable at the bar. You really feel like you could be in another era. Breakfast was from 7ish to 10 am and also very good with lots of choice and we liked the fact that you could come down at 9.50 and the staff were still bringing out fresh food unlike other hotels we have stayed at. Location is very good, just a few yards from Burg and a bit further to Markt and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Although a bit more pricey than some in Bruges it is definatley worth it. The only downside is there is no pool and the wellness suite was very warm which stopped me giving an excellent for facilities. |

Double height ceilings and chandiliers! Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, beautiful city! Staff were great. The payment system threw us. It took the money twice so we had no money in our account to pay for the next hotel. The receptionist reversed one of them for us straight away but we still had to wait until the next day until it was re credited. This may have something to do with card we used and wouldnt use it against the hotel as a downpoint! |

We loved our stay at the Gand Hotel Casselbergh, the staff at the hotel were helpfull and friendly, our room was nice, comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the Hotel and the breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice. We will deffinatly use this hotel again and we would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Excellant location. New, clean rooms in a beautiful building. The included breakfast was elegant dining with a wide variety of fine food choices and great service. The wifi was fast and reliable. Overall an outstanding value. Typical of hotels in this area there is no easy way to get a cold drink of water. The mini bar has 8 oz bottles for 2 or 3 euro. No self service ice machine. And only instant coffee in the room but the incredible free breakfast more than made up for that. |

The beds are very comfortable and soft. The breakfast selection is good and diverse. The shared areas and the old building have a nice ambience and classical style. The hotel is situated very centrally so you are never more than 25 mins walk away Certain members of staff at the reception were getting by putting in the minimum required effort when handling questions and requests. Pro-active is not a word I would use. You can drop off suitcases but you have to put them (yourself) in an unattended, unlocked area, which was rather odd. |

Comfortable hotel at a higher price than it is worth. Receptionist was rather snooty, he needed a lesson in humility. However, the sleep was comfortable enough and the breakfast ok. (I asked them to fry me a couple of eggs, but was told that "it is not possible". Strange in a 4* Hotel wouldn't you say? |

The room was excellent. The breakfast was good but they could of explained proceedure better. (differs between hotels). Parking was difficult at the hotel, limited underground spaces and quite tight which has to be pre-booked. I was not told about this at time of booking however luckily I contacted them to ask if they had parking, so they reserved a space for me. Limited parking facilities. |

Very good barman/ room service, drinks arrived in the bedroom within 5mins. Very nice public rooms and safe feeling as the lifts could only be used with card key. I was asked to leave either a credit card or passport for 2 robes which were needed for the sauna area, no extra towels in the steamroom/sauna area and the small ex bedroom. |

The Grand Hotel casselbergh brugge its just the place to relax cause nice and quite also i like the location very near to all the attractions in brugge we had a great time and thanks to all the staff they have been wounderfull. |

Wonderful hotel. Location can't be beat, Friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast was incomprable! Heat in the steam room needs to be increased a lilttle - minor issue - hotel was wonderful |
