Our stay was terrific at the hotel. We requested and received a room with a loft, and our four year old son was so excited to sleep up there like a big boy. The staff was gracious and quick to help. The room was clean and comfortable. And the location of the hotel cannot be beat. |

Great hotel. Everything is brand new. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am. Doesn't make sense this 4 hour gap. |

The hotel was in immaculate condition, very up market. The room was massive and features were really nice. The windows were cool having to open and close using a remote hahaha. We stayed in a 4 person room which had a wooden stair case leading to more beds. I guess I could some it up as grand The only thing was, there was a lack of light in the room apart from the bathroom. Oh maybe another thing, when checking out we left the luggage to collect later in the day. I was surprised that I didn't get a receipt for this and when I collected a different person was at reception who had never seen me before took me to the baggage room where I picked up my suitcase. I could of been anyone and took what I wanted |

Beautifully decorated rooms and lobby / bar areas, very new and clean, excellent value for money. One of my favorite hotels from now on. The parking was quite far away from the hotel. |

Excellent location very close to the market square, cafes, bars and restuarants, very comfortable and good service. Smell of chemical type cleaning products in room, should consider using environmentally friendly products. |

Excellent location right in the heart of Brugge. Buildings and equipoemtn at Hotel is top rate. Excellent Mezzenine rooms for kids No conceige or porter service. Finding the underground car park in the one way system can be a challenge |

very nice hotel, right in the city center. The room was pretty and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful- they made a dinner reservation for us before we had even gotten there because I e-mailed them. the fitness center was small and there weren't any towels, and though booking.com said there was parking, there was not |

Su decoracion es muy bonita, elegante y de primer nivel. Muy , muy confortable, bien situado, cerca de todo, lugar intimo y con privacia y tranquilidad, el internet sin costo es algo muy bueno y con buena señal. El desayuno es un poco limitado y una de las personas que lo atiende tiene muy mal caracter (bajita de pelo negro), Deben de checar eso. |

Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt, sehr schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, angenehme Atmoshäre, sehr guter Gesamteindruck Zimmerreinigung hat noch Verbesserungspotential (Austausch Handtücher, Ersatz Shampoo), keine laktosefreie Milch oder Sojamilch beim Frühstück zu erhalten |

Trés bien à l'exception de l'acceuil ...un peu froid! Le parking auto. Il faut utiliser un Parking public difficile à trouver pour un voyageur. Cet hotel de classe **** devrait avoir une personne capable de vous accompagner ou conduire votre auto vers le Parking...une suggestion. |

Très bon accueil, ambiance calme avec une légère musique de fond, éclairage agréable le soir. La chambre impeccable, très propre, très bonne literie. L'endroit où se trouve le bar est très chaleureux, belle décoration, service impeccable. Buffet petit déjeuner bien diversifiés, et rempli en suffisance. Pas d'emplacement pour la voiture. |
