Very nice rooms and very helpful staff ! Just loved our stay

It's a shame the hotel did not have a Dining rood for nd evening meal

Location, efficiency and friendliness of staff, helpful and accommodating and helpful. Had everything you need in room, tea making facilities, mini bar, hair dryer, good quality bathroom products quiet location. Near good restaurants.

Perhaps it's best to avoid the dates they celebrate the precious blood, it gets rather crowded, but overall we had a really lovely weekend.

We thought the entire experience at your hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Your breakfast was sumptuous. I would unequivocally recommend your hotel to others.

It was luxurious without being out of our price range. Staff was super. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room to relax and also for storing our clothes.

Toilets were high off the floor for comfort and toilet seats were square and not molded to human derrières as they are in the USA. Door from the bathroom to the bedroom was translucent, not opaque; thus, if bathroom light was turned on, it tended to wake the later sleeping spouse.

Location was fantastic Breakfast was value for money and alot to choose from. Beds were comfortable. We had the family room which was just beautiful.

The Grand Hotel Casselberg was sheer luxury from the moment we arrived. The staff in particular Delphine on front reception were friendly and professional at all time and made the stay easy given we only spoke English. The hotel was extremely well appointed and in a fantastic location close to the market square and all the tourist attractions you would want to visit. Couldn't fault the hotel at all and will both recommend to others and will return myself.

It was located fantastically close to the square. The hotel was clean and very pretty once inside, the decor i really liked with the big bright chandeliers, the staff were pleasant the breakfast was nice and you were not rushed as breakfast was over at 10.30 unlike most hotels i have stayed in. We enjoyed our stay here.

There was a bad smell coming from the shower we were not sure so we kind of put up with it for 1 day and one night, it was really bad and we couldnt even use the bath. I mentioned it next day to the reception and the problem was then rectified they were aware of this happeneing before.

The hotel is in a perfect location, quiet yet within easy walking distance to everything. The breakfast was lovely and well stocked even if you came down later. The lounges are very relaxing and beautifully decorated , we really enjoyed our stay and felt very spoilt .

Very comfortable, quiet room with beautiful chandelier and quality furnishings. The marble-floored public restrooms and fire escape stairwell were luxurious and spotless. Of course the location was ideal.

The front desk was frequently understaffed or vacant, so there was usually an unnecessary wait. But when present, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything! The staff were especially helpful. We arrived on a motorcycle and they offered us secure parking in their underground car park but did not charge us for a car space. The room was excellent.

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was just perfect and very clean. If we visit Bruges again we will definately stay in this hotel.

Only a small point, but I was not offered any assistance with parking the car or transferring the luggage from my car to my room on arrival. I was with a family and had a lot of luggage.

was overcharged on check-out. as we had to pay for breakfasts we didn't receive. spa/sauna is quite small and had naked guests in it which was a little disconcerting when we went to enjoy the steam room and sauna! the hotel should have a clear policy on whether you should be clothed (with at least a towel!) in the sauna/steam room.
