The staff's service was impeccable, they are the nicest I have ever met - They went out of their way to make sure my stay was pleasant - The location was perfect for sightseeing. Internet not available in rooms only in lobby which was very inconvenient - breakfast not too good - hotel very old so heater wasn't working, but i was provided with an electric heater that kept me very warm |

The location in Bruges was excellent. Isabell our receptionist was wonderful, welcoming and so helpful. The hot water was a problem in room 27, none on sat night and the shower stopped working for 2 minutes mid shower Sun morning. |

The staff were very friendly and the lobby was very nice. The room was horrible and was not like the picture. The bathroom had a carpet in it which, to me, is disgusting. There was an unpleasant odour in the room and we had to keep the window open. |

The hotel is very close to the historic Markt square and easy to walk to everything. It was nice staying so close. The facilities are very pretty and well decorated and the breakfast is included. I wanted to store my luggage after checkout for a few hours and could not which required me to lug it everywhere. So, in the future I will try to stay at a hotel that allows that. There is street noise but if you close the window, it is fine. |

The hotel staff went above and beyond. Our daughter lost something in another city, and the front desk staff made numerous phone calls to help us get it back. They also let us change our reservation to arrive a day earlier. Room was very clean, location was perfect and the breakfast was great. |

The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who showed us to our room and also helped us out with places to go. The hotel was also in a great location. Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay. |

Family run hotel with all the staff being friends of the family, all extremely pleasant and knowledgable. The style of the hotel was in keeping with the area. It's located on one of the main shopping streets and is very central. 15 minute walk from the station. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. the bar was open 24h a day. over priced for a 3* hotel. the toilet is too close to a box so you can hardly sit on the toilet. You cannot take off the shower head... there was no really very warm water... the carpet in the room was not clean. the floor in the bathroom looked very old. the beds (two single beds pushed together) drifted apart during the night and every little movement... very simple breakfast buffet--you cant make it any smaller. All in all 100 for the night was way too much! |

It is a family run hotel. The staff really went out of their way to help us where they could. From special breakfast service (after the normal hours) to superb advice on where to dine (quality/price) over casual chat and constant smiling... Many so called luxe hotels can learn from these people!!! |

The staff is amazingly helpful. They made reservations for our dinner and recommended some shopping spots. The hotel is centrally located and very charming. We felt at home there. It definitely isn't the run of the mill chain hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable place to relax, in the middle of a very crowded but lovely tourist spot. |
