Huoneen lämpötila ei ollut liian kuuma, kuten niin monessa hotellissa. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Huone oli hiljainen. Avainkorttimme enimmäkseen eivät toimineet! Niitä piti vaihtaa monta kertaa. Ovi ei yleensä auennut, kerran ei myöskään lukkiutunut. Tästä oli kovin paljon vaivaa. Vika ei ollut taidoissamme. |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aularavintola ja aamiaistilat olivat viihtyisiä. Aamiainen oli hyvä. En ollut huomannut, että varaukseen ei kuulunut aamiaista, yleensä se on minusta kuulunut aina huonevaraukseen. Isompi miinus tulee siitä, että ensimmäisenä aamuna suihkussa ei tullut lämmintä vettä lainkaan. |

The location in the Grand Sablon. Nice facilities except for the shower control in the room which was very difficult to adjust for a hot water flow. Very frustrating. |

very dissapointed with the resturant very limited menu and when asked if it is possible to have cheese instead of dessert was told the resturant does not have any yet at brekfast there was plenty the resturant |

one frienldy man of staffs. I can not remember his name. He is not a receptionist. And the location. Unkind woman staff at the reception. She is always talking on the line very long time when I was waiting to ask something. |

Good bed Comfortable bathroom 25 Euro for breakfast was exorbitant for the quality of most of the products. Eggs were tasteless, croissants chewy, waffels wet --- shoud l go on!! |

A nice 4 star hotel situated not far from the Old Town (Plaza major) . Clean and fresh, great breakfast and frendly helpful staff.The church next to the hotel is also worth to pay a visit. |

The Sablon is a good area to stay. Lots of antique shops and weekend antique market on the doorstep. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. Round the corner from the Museum of Fine Arts and only 10 minute walk to the Grand Place. Got a good room rate as well which clinched it. |

There was an easy access to internet If found using the lift quite awkward because I had to use my room card for going upstairs. In addition, breakfast should have been included in the room price which was high, and I found the price of the breakfast prohibitively expensive. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was situated within walking distance to many cultural institutions, historic sites, and good shopping. Also, the staff was very helpful. The air-conditioning/ventilation system in the room did not work and the room was stuffy at night, necessitating an open window. This, in turn, brought a great deal of noise into the room, making it difficult to sleep. |
