NH Hotel du Grand Sablon  

ロケーションが抜群。目の前のサブロン広場自体が観光スポットであることや、グランプラスまでも徒歩10分- ほど。駐車料金は少々高いが、ホテルスタッフが入出庫してくれること、防犯を考えれば納得できる。部屋の調- 度品は少々古かったが、きちんと清掃されており好印象。

便利で治安のよいロケーションで、いいホテルでした。部屋の広さも設備も、良かったですし、朝食が立派なの- で、毎朝楽しみでした。

申し分なかったのですが、昔、喫煙部屋だったようで、じゅうたんもカーテンもベッドもたばこのひどい臭いが- しみ込んでいて、大変気分が悪くなりました。お掃除後も臭いはとれなくて、禁煙になったのですから、全部取- り替えないと、あの強烈な臭いは消えません。臭いで、頭痛を起こしてしまいました。インターネットはロビー- でしか使えないので、部屋の中で使えるともっといいです。

Location is excelent!

The room I've had is not a 5 star hotel room! Small, very noisy (you can hear every step your neighboor takes - in the rooms on the left, right, up...)

The location

smell of mold in sheets and towels. smallness of the room, wear and tear of the carpets, hardly no choice in the mini-bar, no "salty" snack, no complementary water or coffee in the room, excessive price of the breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Grand Sablon, historic heart of Brussels. It is comfortable and very clean and the staff were invariably courteous and friendly from receptionists to concierges to room staff. We were particularly impressed with the concierges responsible for valet parking our car in the underground car park, who were invariably helpful and obliging even when on one occasion we returned quite late in the evening.

He hotel, in general, is excellent and we have no complaints, especially regarding the staff and room comfort. However, we felt that the price for breakfasts at 25 euros per head was absurdly high and there appeared to be no cheaper continental breakfast available. We noticed that we were not the only guests who chose to breakfast (excellently and reasonably) at the Pain Quotidienne bistro across the road! Another 'niggle' is that technical maintenance - at least of our room - was poor. Throughout our four-night stay, despite numerous reports to reception and promises that "something would be done", our room telephone was not functioning - which meant that, on our first day (before we discovered and reported the problem) a visitor down in the lobby was unable to contact us and was told by the reception that our room phone was ringing and that we were "out", when in fact we were in the room waiting, not knowing that the phone was dead. We thus missed our visitors..

Hotel is well located , in a nice area of Brussels. Breakfast is ok, with fresh squized orange juice, which is a plus.

Corridors and common areas are a bit olf, notcvery fersh in terms of decoration. Carpets is not clean. Room is functional, buit the bed is very soft.

internet access was appalling.... in the lobby they had free internet but it was difficult to access . in the room they charged for internet and the access was intermittent and slow .. I would not stay in this hotel agian until they offered good and free internet service

Good location, very quitly, good breakfast

Perfect location. Immaculate, pleasant, well-run. Always a pleasure.

The location of the hotel is perfect. We have previously stayed in Brussels but usually in the more touristy Grand Place area. This area is less touristy but still near all the tourist sites. The hotel overlooks the weekend antiques market and is surrounded by little bars and restaurants. Literally around the corner from the hotel are all the major museums and the royal palace. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend paying the little extra for a room overlooking the Place du Grand Sablon, well worth it.

Hotel itself has no bar as such, although you can order a drink in the lobby. However, there are a number of nice bars just outside.

Central location, cleanliness of the room, comfort room and king-size bed

Expensive breakfest and internet center

Excellent value for money in a central location. Facilities were great and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I had to pay for wifi in my room.
