The reception staff very good, rooms very good and location good

The restaurant, the staff very bad, food good if you managed to get it served hot, I had to send mine back twice. Being kept waiting, and staff generally not caring.

Spacious, lovely area.

My daughter's room was far too hot. It was worryingly difficult to get a taxi at 9 am.

It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful. The beds were very comfortable.

There is nothing we didn't like, just one thing I would like to mention: we reserved a double room and were given twin beds instead of a double bed as we would have liked, this happens often in hotels, maybe it would be a good idea to ask the customer checking in if there is a preference in this matter. Also the cards to activate the elevator were a bit annoying to use.

Very nice, great location, a really good experience. Highly recommended.

Parking. No place to park, and the hotel stafff did not recommend one. They say they have parking in the hotel, but they really don't.

hotel and facilities are like for 2or3 stars hotel, not 4 stars!!!

pleasant staff, location

on two mornings, the wakeup call never came, which on the second morning meant that I could not have breakfast before working. Also, the hotel should make breakfast a la carte because it is too expensive to spend 50 E for two people every single day. we had to find other places to eat breakfast.
