Lokasyonu mukemmel. Kiliseye bakan odalar. Şık bir lobi. Odalar yeterinde konforlu. Kahvaltı fiyatı daha makul olmalı. Yan taraftaki Wittemer pastanesinde 2 kişi 5 Euro'ya kahvaltı ettik. Odalara kettle, çay-kahve konabilir. |

otelın konumu cok ıyı, personel de oldukca konuksever yardımcı kahvaltı için oldukca yuksek bir tutar alıyorlar fiyatın ıcıne dahıl olursa daha ıyı olur |

the hotel was very close to the centre of Brussels and v. good location for every thing. Liked that it was central but still in a quite area of the city. Breakfast was v good, great choice. The late check out of 5pm on Sunday was brill.... Hotel was great..except the bar was very small. minor complaint. |

I loved the location, breakfast is much better than it was a year ago, nice carpeting and tea,coffe machin in room, and that was pretty much all I liked. The best room thay have are very small, outdated, bathroom is unattractive, looks cheap and with bad pluming. TV is old with very bad picture, furnicture looks old and outdated. Standard room is much nicer, new decorated with flat tv. I really did not like deluxe room. |

The location is excellent. The staff was friendly and it is also located to excellent cultural and sightseeing sites in Brussels. Not really except the preventive price of the breakfast |

excellent location, good breakfast, helpfull staff very late check in (at 3pm), we booked double room and got twin and couldnt change it, no proper duvee covers |

The location was very good and the rooms are of a good size. The bed has a good size as well. The staff did not know anything about parking facilities nearby. The decoration of the rooms may not be to eveyones taste. |

This is a great hotel - Good Facilities, early checkin, helpfull and welcoming staff, nice location - rooms are large with huge dbl bed and quite. Highly priced (150 Euro per night without breakfast which is 25 Euro), Internet was also not free and not that great. |

Excellent location, close to center and near nice restaurants and bars. My room had old depressing decoration. I was on the 6th floor and there was a constant rather loud noise, most probably coming from central air-condition unit of the hotel. This is not very good situation when you need some peace after a long tiring day. |

the welcome from the reception staff, they were pleasant and helpful, booking in was efficient. the drop in quality, both in equipment, decor particularly in bedrooms, cleanliness, breakfast service and general level of comfort since the change from 'Jolly' management to NHL. The noise levels have increased considerably with hard floors and no rugs or carpets in the bedrooms. It will no longer be my first choice in Brussels. |

The rooms were very modern. Lovely courtyard behind. Excellent breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We loved Brussels - but we were surprised by the number of planes flying directly over the city center. This meant that the hotel had several flyovers during the night. This is not about the hotel as much as it is about the city of Brussels. |

very central for rail connections. good standard of shops in the surrounding area. Hotel of a high standard. English very good. Quick response by reception desk and housekeeping to requests. If coming for week-end like the Sunday late breakfast time and checking out E25 for breakfast felt it was expensive. Very late to book in especially coming in on early flight from Dublin i.e. 9am hoever do like the later check out time |

Most of all I liked the view from the room. It was directly at the Sablon Square, with the little but precious brasseries, the Notre Dame du Sablon Church and the Justice Palace's bright tower. The room was spacious, clean, with a big and comfortable bed and also a big bathroom. The staff was excellent, they did anything they could in order to please us. And the location is perfect, just 5 min to the Central Station and 10 min to the Grand Place. It was my second stay in this hotel and most certain not the last one. |

The employees were kind and the local of hotel is very good because is near from central area. The heating system should be switch off on summer, but was not so warm inside the bedroom. |

A superb hotel in the Sablon area of brussels. A well appointed hotel in a quiet area. Room services excellent, clean bedding/towels every day. A modern contemporary room with excellent facilities. |

The location is good and quit. The air conditioning was not cooling at all and when i asked the staff they said there is no air condition in the hotel. |
