Very friendly owner, lovely breakfast.Good value for money.20 minutes walk from Antwerp Station or take No2 Tram.Easy access to old city part with tram.I definitely recommend this cosy hotel. If only the sound absorbing...I woke up several times because of other guest's noise, but I can succeeded to sleep with my earplugs. |

Good size room. Recent change to self-service on breakfast is a good improvement. They increased my price after I booked. My room was left unlocked once after cleaning. |

The breakfast, though sparse, was good, and they always had a special treat each day that was different than the day before. The hotel was very close to the tram that goes straight to the city center, and you can purchase tram tickets at the hotel. The halls and breakfast area always smelled like smoke. |

Very kind and helpful staff, very good location, very clean. Room not very warm. Bed not very comfortable. High price for the facilities (75eur/night-september) - although good price compared with other nearby hotels. Nice breakfast but certainly could be better. |

The owners, Ludwig & Hilde, were outstanding. They were most accommodating and gave us information about sightseeing and driving directions. Breakfast was good and the room was very clean!! Great folks. |

Room led out to a back terrace, with a view of a lovely garden. The room had dim lighting (hard to read at night) yet when trying to sleep, too much light spilled into the room from the hallway (from a window above the door). |

Clean and friendly. Tasteful well-modernized pension. Valuable addition to budget possibilities for Antwerp. Breakfast is like in France, i.e. minimal. |

Il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'un hôtel mais plutôt d'une chambre d'hôte. Pas de Sdb/WC infividuels; déjeuner pas avant 8:30; paiment d'une "amende" en cas d'arrivée tardive même annoncée.Pour le même prix, je choisirai un F1 ou Première. |

De prijs was goed voor 1 of 2 dagen verblijf. In mijn geval 1 nacht. Vriendelijke mevrouw die correct informeert. Een 2 sterren hotel met een correcte service. Aansluiting bussen naar centrum en station prima. Zeer goede ontvangst van wifi (gratis op kamer). Let op: eigen handdoek en zeep etc. meebrengen. Niet voldoende licht in badkamer om te scheren; beter in toilet. Ontbijt is okay maar inderdaad 2 sterren. Ik denk dat het erg gehorig kan zijn op de kamer indien het hotel veel gasten heeft. Gezamenlijk gebruik badkamers. |

De centrale ligging, de rust, het feit dat onze auto door de eigenaar naar en van hun eigen garage werd gebracht en daar goedkoop kon staan; de vriendelijkheid en het was allemaal schoon. De inrichting van de kamer is sober en niet onze smaak, net zo min als van de eetzaal. Maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt: een goed bed, rust en wij hadden een kamer met eigen badkamer met toilet en ligbad. Andere kamers hadden toilet en douche op de gang. |

L'accueil est parfait. A notre arrivée, les propriétaires de l'hôtel nous ont informés des activités intéressantes à réaliser à Anvers. La salle de bain est très propre malgré qu'elle est utilisée par plusieurs chambres. Le petit déjeuné est copieux mais ce n'est rien d'exceptionnel. Le menu est banal. Les matelas des chambres sont assez dur. |
