Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was good Internet and wifi totally sucked. First they charged 20 Euros for 24 hours internet service. Even after paying that money, I could not access even google at a times. |

Availability of staff. No problem for accepting dog. I missed my charming room at the last floor (under the roof) |

The room was very comfortable and there was parking space for my car. There were alterations being done in the main building but this did not affect my enjoyment. I found your prices very reasonable. |

Proximity to canal, castle and main attractions. Would very much like to see this hotel when the renovations are complete. The mosquitos were a problem. |

very close to the good restaurant area and the castle Gravensteen The front part of the hotel was under construction, several facilities and services which were mentioned on their website, weren't available, which caused us an inconvenience as well as more cost. The hotel bar is very poorly furnished without any character. The hotel parking is very limited and the hotel personel has no control on its use (full or not) due to lack of gate etc. to the area. Very pity that the information on Booking.com wasn't actual. |

Staff is pleasant. Horrible, not all rooms have air-conditioning facilities. There are two buildings, one of them has noisy rooms. The hotel has a three stars level, but you should consider it as two starts. We stayed two nights and we had to change the room twice, so three rooms for two nights. Horrible experience. |

Great location just a short walk from main attractions. Room was comfortable and front desk personnel were helpful with restaurants. I would rcommend getting a room facing away from the street to reduce the noise, especially in summer when having the windows open is important. |

The bar, the staff and location to the centre. Finding it, the one way system in Gent is terrible. Avoid driving or riding, take the train and taxi! |

Not the friendliest people working there but still not a bad Hotel. It was clean and had decent parking facilities. It was situated very well near most all of what we wanted to see in Gent. Don't pay for the ridiculously priced breakfast, they're may places within walking distant's to grab something to eat. Overall not our best hotel while in Europe but also not our worst. Garbage collection in the alley at 5:00 am very noisey and the check in staff not very nice at all! |

Great location to see the best part of Ghent, a city as beautiful by night as it is by day - if not more so!! The room was a good size & well equipped. The air-conditioning unit in our room didn't work and had to be fixed by ourselves as reception could not help. Rooms could be cleaner, especially round the windows. |

A friendly, personal and relaxed hotel right in the city centre of Gent. Value for money. We could hear the drainage from other rooms very clear. |

Location central and friendly staff. Room quite small with split toilet and small bathroom. Breakfast OK (only cooked breakfast available on one morning out of 3) but expensive at 19 euro each especially on days when no cooked food. |

Great location, spacious room. I was pleased with clean duvets instead of bedspread. We told them we didn't want breakfast and they tried to bill us 19 euros each for breakfast. They did correct it. |

The bathtub did not have a shower curtain so the only way to take a shower was the get half of the bathroom wet. |

Visiting Gent for the first time, the hotel made an excellent base right in the middle of town. We had a room in an annexe, so not quite up to website photos but clean and modern. Parking very liimited - public car park some distance away. |

Near the city center and the castle. Room was comfortable. There's a nearby parking garage (Ramen street), 10 euros per day, around 5 minutes walk. The hotel also has private parking, but no reservations allowed. Expensive breakfast (19 euros), we had breakfast elsewhere. |
