Martin’s Brugge is just behind the famous 13th-century Belfry and 185 yards from the Grote Markt. It has a terrace and a cocktail bar, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.

The house is located in a very accessible area, nice and welcoming family.
Owners, Room, Breakfast, Parking, Comfort, Carrefour right next door for bottles of water etc
Lovely old building modernised where necessary. Friendly proprietor. Plenty of parking.
Noise from other rooms, but everyne gets tired walking around Bruges and goes to bed early. Modest breakfast.
Helpful owner gave us directions into city and sightseeing ideas. Great breakfast in lovely breakfast room. 5-bed room was great for a family - adjoining rooms (triple and double) and en-suite. Twenty minute easy walk into town. Easy, free parking.
The staff were fantastic. We needed a way to heat water each evening and the staff allowed us to have a heating pot that was not normally provided. Great breakfast too.
Everything was fine for us. Bur, as there is no air conditioner, it may get a little warm in the summertime.
The room was large with a large bathroom. the room also had a fridge for us to store milk. It was quiet with no outside noise. The bathroom was large. It was all very clean and cleaned to a high standard every day. the breakfasts were very good with plenty to eat and plenty of coffee! The location is good if you don't mind walking into the main area. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main square. It was great to park the car at the hotel and leave it for the two days that we were there.
I was a little disappointed that there was only a fairly small foldaway bed for my 16 year old 6'2" son. However it was ok and he slept well enough but I was expecting a proper bed for him as we had what was called a triple room on the website. I was also a little disappointed that our room had a bathroom that did not have a proper shower, there was a shower but it was hand held or you could put it in a holder that was only a few inches above the bath! This meant that you had to sit down to shower. I would have thought that putting a holder further up the wall would make sense and wouldn't be that difficult to do. The only other criticism is the noise that you can hear from the rooms above, this is because the floors are wooden and the sound really carries.
Lovely house and gardens. Conveniently located on the outskirts of Bruges. Highly recommended !
The proprietors were very genuine and helpful. Breakfasts were in a lovely conservatory. Our bedroom had been recently furbished. Free parking and easy access to the city.We would highly recommend this accommodation.
Lovely welcome by owner Walking distance from centre in a quiet suburban area
We were on the top floor and I wouldn't recommend this room for anyone with mobility difficulties as the stairs are quite steep
Within walking distance from Brugge centre 20 mins. Comfortable bed and large bath with shower. Friendly and helpfull staff / owner. Car park.
The breakfast could have been a bit more interesting but adequate. Décor a bit tired.
Location excellent only 20 mins walk from centre of town and railway station. We came by car, so the car parking facilities were good. Our room was lovely with two windows overlooking the garden. Hans gave us a really warm welcome and told us all we needed to know for our visit. Breakfast was a good selection in a bright conservatory.
Really cosy hotel in walking distance of the city. If you are good on foot, this should not be a problem. Very nice room.
Breakfast is only served between 8 30 and 9 30
Quiet and beautiful environment, nice shopkeeper, delicious breakfast, good location
Outside city centre - 10 minutes walk to outer walls, further 10 minutes to centre- or bus in to centre from end of the road (2 Euros each way. Plenty to see and do, canal boat ride a must. Also, see the other side of Bruges with a walk along the canal and see the windmills. Good continental breakfast with tea/coffee refills. Hans very informative and willing to provide help when required. We also took a bus to the train station for a train to Ghent, then No 4 tram to city Centre - well worth trip - a larger version of Bruges.
nothing at all - except the weather as a lot of rain on our 4 day trip.
The owners were attentive, professional and welcoming. Good value with lovely breakfast included in room rate. The room was quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Cannot fault our stay and will definitely look forward to returning.
Location: outside of town in a quiet residential area with free parking and a lovely terrace to sit on in the evening. Sleep: as a fussy sleeper I had no issues as it was comfortable and warm with very little noise from any sides. Breakfast: good enough choice with something for everyone I should think. Bathroom: spacious with clean towels as well as shower gels and shampoos every day. I would have preferred a shower to the bath though. Host: very friendly and forthcoming as well as a mine of information about the town and surroundings. We also were given a card that qualified for reduction within Bruges.
Location, free parking, very polite and helpful owner, large clean room. Good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful proprietor
Within walking distance from the city centre. The house has a nice garden (parking possible).
Nothing comes to mind.
30 mins walk into town, 5 mins bike. Quiet location in residential street with parking. Owner was welcoming and gave good local information on arrival. rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Host Hans and Angelina where fantastic, helpful polite nothing was a bother for them truly a wonderful bed and breakfast.Breakfast served in the conservatory ,or outside in the garden buffet style,Hans bought us coffee out and kept refilling our cups no problem. We had a lovely selection of continental fair including home made plum pudding which angelina made every morning, our lovely room had a large jacuzzi bath ,mini bar if you so wish to partake,a reasonable prices .a largeTV with English channels.clean towels everyday and clean glasses.will definatly be returning .100meters to all shops and restaurants ,Indian ,Chinese and a fab bistro called krone.only 1hr 20 mins from Calais.
Very comfortable room with a view. Within walking distance of the old town. Breakfast was delicious!
A cozy atmosphere of an old mansion.
The Gasthaus was set back in a lovely garden so was lovely and quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious with lots of light from beautiful large windows.
There was a whirlpool bathtub but it didn't work and the owner seemed unconcerned.
nice location, good staff, clean place
no ac, too hot in the room, no screens, so we were not able to open windows, since there were a lot of bugs coming in
