The Junior Suite was ok, the standard room in the olfder part of the hotel not at all. Parking facilities offered by the hotel.

Booked a standard room. We received a room in the older part of the hotel. Had to complain about the room as it was horrible. It was as big as a student room with no facilities at all. Small bathroom, tiny elevator. Payed extra to move to the junior suite. The standard room is not worth 85 euro/night.

their breakfast is simple, but excellent. I always look forward to it. the staff was very helpful and flexible with my requests. the renovated rooms are very comfortable, and the facilities (workout room, pool, spa) were nice also. it's not high luxury, but it is modern, clean, and enjoyable. I stay in Ostende every 6 months.

exercise room (which probably rarely gets used): no towels, one machine didn't work. nothing big.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. Reception looks nice; pity about the rooms. Room was tiny, not very clean, had linoleum on the floor and a patio/garden style table and chair as the only furniture apart from the small bed. There was noise day and night from outside, the sink was cracked and had no plug. All acceptable at a cheap hotel but this one isn't cheap. Should not have 3*** rating.

The bedroom was clean,well presented and comfortable. All staff were very efficient and obliging. The breakfasts were of a high quality with a good selection of food presented in comfortable and excellent surroundings. We have visited this hotel on several occasions and have always experienced a lovely holiday because of the hotel standards. We hope to stay there again next year.

Clean room, reasonable price, good location.

The quality of the "extensive breakfast buffet" was not high. The bread rolls were not very nice. The boiled eggs tasted old and the shells were very thin. (I suspect they were battery eggs.) While not unfriendly, the hotel staff was rather indifferent - not particularly attentive or friendly.

We had a superior room and our daughter had a double the only difference was a fridge and her room was larger, very small rooms.
