Perfect location and friendly staff. You have to pay aditionally for the sauna and steam bath. Pool too small and underground.

The owner has a great hotel but he also has an impressive collection of rare whisky (mostly Ardbeg). You can find exclusive malts to try at the bar. So if you're into these rare and delicate fluids, hotel Bero is where you should be.

The hotel is very well located, near to the beach and the city-center but in a quiet street, without traffic an bars that could be noisy. The breakfast was Ok. The hotel is old. All the installations and rooms we have seen should be renovated as soon as possible.

Great location - walking distance to the port, beach, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. Our room was tiny and very dated. The bathroom was no more than a converted boxroom.

We were able to check in early, which was useful. The room was spacious and adequately furnished, if a little dated. My wife and I slept well, which is unusual when away from home. The breakfast was good and set us up for a brisk walk along the coast. We would return again. The sat nav had some difficulty find the address and parking is expensive (EUR 25 for a day). This is not the hotel's fault as parking is expensive everywhere

Nous avons passez 1 nuit a l'hôtel bero..pour le même prix je partais 3 jours a center parc. Confort des chambre:0 petit déjeuner:0 propreté a l'entour de la piscine:0 hôtel super chére pas de parking, parking payant a 20 euro la nuit et sans surveillance donc en deux mots plus jamais et n'oublier de lui enlever une étoile

Proximité de la ville et du port et de la mer Parking trop cher eur 25.- par jour! La chambre familiale était une petite suite devenat très encombrant à 3; pas de séparation pour les parents; elle ne faisait que +/- 25 m2 au lieu des 35 m2 indiqués!

Heel vriendelijk onthaal, heel nette ontbijtruimte met uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet klein maar aangenaam verwarmd binnenzwembad. Een bad is onhandig zonder douchekraan.

centrale ligging, dichtbij strand en winkels. Badkamer van onze junior suite had geen ventilatie dus veel stoom tijdens het douchen.Er jkon wel een raam open maar gelet op de inkijk was dit niet gewenst.We hebben he vorgaande ook vermeld op evaluatieformulier van het hotel.

Situation près des plages. Grande chambre. Il y avait un bruit insupportable tous les matins dès 7h00 à cause du chantier d'agrandissement de l’hôtel! Il n'est pas normal que les clients ne soient pas prévenus ou qu'il n'y ait pas une remise conséquente, bien que pour moi si j'avais su nous aurions été dans un autre hôtel! Le parking voiture à 25 euros est trop cher! 20 euros sont suffisants! L'accès internet "very old fashion" n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de cette catégorie et le tarif est prohibitif.

Le fait que le parking n'ait pas d'accès direct : il faut à chaque fois passer par le réceptionniste qui va et vient pour chercher votre véhicule puis le ranger : cela prend du temps et n'est pas commode

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hôtel,à la fois proche du centre ville et de la plage. Pour les amateurs de Whiskies, le bar vaut le détour, et pour les autres, il vaut le coup d'oeil... La salle de jeux pour les enfants est bien agencée et sécurisée. Pour les voyageurs en voiture,il faut compter d'office 25€ / nuit (Pkg de l'hôtel) ou 8€/4Hrs si on parque la voiture en ville (tous les parkings sont payants). Pas trop agréable comme supplément ....

Vriendelijk personeel, goed onthaal, in de bar een ober die zijn vak kent. En lekker verzorgd ontbijt, en zeer vriendelijke dame. Kamer zijn mooi ingericht. Ik heb wel een opmerking. De douchekop in kamer 203 mag is ontkalt worden. Water spoot overal.

L'amabilité du personnel, la piscine la chambre etait bien point de vue confort espace de la pièce, le petit déjeuné compris ds le prix de la chambre et très copieux et diversifier . j'y retournerais avec les enfants... Rien de spécial...

we waren met 2 koppels en aan de receptie gaven ze ons een kamer met een bed van 1m40 breed, omdat wij thuis een dubbel bed hebben kunnen wij niet slapen zo'n klein bed, maar het meisje aan de balie heeft ons direkt een andere kamer gegevenzoals het aangeboden stond op de website. Dus goede service ! de broodjes en de ontbijtkoeken die waren niet genoeg gebakken en niet crocant , gewoon niet lekker ( of vers ???), het ontbijtspek en de eitjes waren ook niet genoeg gebakken, normaal is dat zo lekker maar nu viel het echt tegen.
